摘要: The disclosure provides a system to simulate a simulated noise on the power zone block of a substrate. The system comprises a signal trace and a signal generating circuit. The signal trace is disposed adjacent to the power zone block. The signal generating circuit is electrically coupled to the signal trace, configured to transmit an alternating current signal over the signal trace. The alternating current signal transmitted over the signal trace is configured to induce a simulated noise on the power zone block, and a waveform of the simulated noise is determined by a frequency of the alternating current signal.

摘要: A method performed by a computer system includes: searching leakage current values of associated with cell abutment cases which are associated with terminal types of abutted cells of a semiconductor device; determining leakage probabilities according to the cell abutment cases; calculating expected boundary leakages between the abutted cells based on the leakage probabilities and the leakage current values; and generating a layout of the semiconductor device according to the expected boundary leakages. Two of the leakage probabilities correspond to two of the cell abutment cases, respectively, and the two of the leakage probabilities are different from each other when the two of the cell abutment cases are different from each other.

摘要: A simulation test system and method for vehicle road noise cancellation (RNC) are provided in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. The simulation test system may include a vehicle RNC simulation system and a power amplifier. The vehicle RNC simulation system is configured to simulate an RNC system in a vehicle environment. The power amplifier is configured to execute an RNC algorithm and may perform data communication with the vehicle RNC simulation system. The vehicle RNC simulation system transmits acceleration data representing an acceleration signal and microphone data representing a microphone signal to the power amplifier as inputs to the RNC algorithm in the power amplifier. Moreover, the vehicle RNC simulation system may receive speaker data representing a speaker signal from the power amplifier. The vehicle RNC simulation system includes a secondary path simulation model and a signal flow simulation model.

摘要: Envelope tracking systems with modeling for power amplifier supply voltage filtering are provided herein. In certain embodiments, an envelope tracking system includes a supply voltage filter, a power amplifier that receives a power amplifier supply voltage through the supply voltage filter, and an envelope tracker that generates the power amplifier supply voltage. The power amplifier provides amplification to a radio frequency (RF) signal that is generated based on digital signal data, and the envelope tracker generates the power amplifier supply voltage based on an envelope signal corresponding to an envelope of the RF signal. The envelope tracking system further includes digital modeling circuitry that models the supply voltage filter and operates to digitally compensate the digital signal data for effects of the supply voltage filter, such as distortion.

摘要: An apparatus and method for determining speech privacy can include deriving a room adjacency matrix based on a building design, model, or floor layout. Using class values or other values representing a degree of sound transmission or attenuation through the walls and ceilings a sound level (e.g., measured in decibels) of speech transmitted from one room to the next can be compared to the background noise levels. Speech privacy can be provided when the transmitted speech between adjacent rooms is less than the background noise. Choices of wall and/or ceiling construction and materials may be modified when the determined speech privacy fails to satisfy the target values. In a building information modeling (BIM) application, the class values for ceilings and walls can be automated based on attributes defined for wall and ceiling objects defined within the BIM application.
