    摘要: A process monitor system collects process execution status data such as work-in-process information from multiple manufacturing execution systems controlling multiple fabrication lines of factories of a firm. The process monitor system converts and encapsulates the process execution status data with a common standard formatting. The process execution status data is then published to subscribers of specific subjects of the process execution status data. The converted and encapsulated process execution status data is logged to a message ledger to certify publication and receipt by subscribers. A periodic diagnostic messaging or heartbeat is transmitted between elements processing and publishing the process execution status data to provide failure recovery. The elements processing and publishing the process execution status data are connected as a distributed queue of parallel process and have a designated scheduler to provide a balancing of loading.

    摘要: The invention concerns a method for transferring a load between a target position on board a vessel (40) and an outboard position outboard said vessel. The invention further concerns a motion compensation device (1) applying the method. In the method the load is being transferred by a crane (30) carried by a motion compensation device arranged on board the vessel. The motion compensation device comprises a carrier frame (2), a base (3) and an actuator system (8, 9) for moving the carrier frame with respect to the base; the base being fixed to the vessel and the crane being carried by the carrier frame. During picking up a load from the vessel or placing a load on the vessel, the actuator system is being driven in an on board mode such that the carrier frame is being compensated for x-axis rotational movement and y-axis rotational movement of the vessel, and follows, viewed in the vertical direction, the vertical movement of the target location. During picking up a load from the outboard position or placing a load on the outboard position, the actuator system is being driven in an outboard mode such that the carrier frame is being compensated for x-axis rotational movement, y-axis rotational movement and z-axis translational movement of the vessel.

    摘要: A method and device are disclosed for automatically providing control parameters for a plurality of coal mills supplying coal powder for example to a furnace of a power plant. An exemplary method includes (a) acquiring a multiplicity of operation variables indicative of a load of an individual coal mill for each of the coal mills; (b) acquiring a demand variable indicative of a coal demand from the plant; (c) supplying the acquired multiplicity of operation variables and the demand variable to a computing system; (d) calculating the control parameters based on the multiplicity of operation variables and the demand variable using a multivariable calculation algorithm; and (e) providing the calculated control parameters for controlling each coal mill individually.
