摘要: An inspection-plan based inspection method includes receiving data characterizing an inspection plan associated with inspection of one or more nodes in an inspection site by an inspection device. A first step of the inspection plan includes a first set of operating parameters of the inspection device associated with the inspection of a first node of the one or more nodes and a first set of constraints associated with one or more inspection criteria at the first node by the inspection device. The method also includes generating a first control signal configured to instruct the inspection device to inspect the first node of the one or more nodes. The first control signal is based on one or more of the first set of operating parameters and a user input. The method further includes receiving data characterizing the inspection measurement of the first node by the inspection device.

One method includes performing operations including retrieving data relating to one or more on-premises building devices of the building, determining the incident relating to the one or more on-premises building devices, and determining a plurality of potential responses to the incident. The operations further include analyzing the plurality of potential responses and determining relative risks of the potential responses to the incident and transmitting, to a first on-premises building device of the on-premises building devices, data indicating the incident and at least one of the plurality of potential responses based on the relative risks of the potential responses.

摘要: A structure thermodynamic model, which models the physical characteristics of a controlled space, inputs a constraint state curve which gives constraints, such as temperature, that a controlled space is to meet; and outputs a state injection time series which is the amount of state needed for the controlled space to optimize the constraint state curve. The state injection time series curve is then used as input into an equipment model, which models equipment behavior in the controlled space. The equipment model outputs equipment control actions per control time (a control sequence) which can be used to control the equipment in the controlled space. Some embodiments train the models using training data.

摘要: A method and system for co-ordinating control of a plurality of sensorless devices. Each device includes a communication subsystem and configured to self-detect one or more device properties, the device properties resulting in output having one or more output properties. The method includes: detecting inputs including the one or more device properties of each device, correlating, for each device, the detected one or more device properties to the one or more output properties, and co-ordinating control of each of the devices to operate at least one of their respective device properties to co-ordinate one or more output properties for the combined output to achieve a setpoint. In some example embodiments, the setpoint can be fixed, calculated or externally determined.

摘要: Systems and methods for training a reinforcement learning (RL) model for HVAC control are disclosed herein. Simulated experience data for the HVAC system is generated or received. The simulated experience data is used to initially train the RL model for HVAC control. The HVAC system operates within a building using the RL model and generates real experience data. A determination may be made to retrain the RL model. The real experience data is used to retrain the RL model. In some embodiments, both the simulated and real experience data are used to retrain the RL model. Experience data may be sampled according to various sampling functions. The RL model may be retrained multiple times over time. The RL model may be retrained less frequently over time as more real experience data is used to train the RL model.

摘要: A device and method select an optimal boiler combustion model from among a plurality of boiler combustion models for boiler combustion to update a memory in which the boiler combustion models are stored. The device includes a memory configured to store first boiler combustion models that are derived in advance and second boiler combustion models that are derived in advance; and a processor configured to select an optimal boiler combustion model from among the first and second boiler combustion models and to update the memory according to characteristics of the selected optimal boiler combustion model. The processor may further generate a third boiler combustion model for the combustion of the boiler to select the optimal boiler combustion model from among the first to third boiler combustion models and verification data for model verification through the latest data measured in the boiler and data on basic characteristics of the measured data.
