    摘要: A solid particle distribution controller includes a plurality of division plates proximate a division between an upstream solid particle conveyance pipe and a plurality of downstream pipes. The solid particle distribution controller also includes a plurality of extension plates. Each of the extension plates is movably mounted proximate to a respective division plate for movement in an upstream and downstream direction with respect to the division plate. The plurality of extension plates are configured and adapted for motion in the upstream and downstream direction independent of one another to extend upstream of the division plates as needed to improve solid particle distribution among the downstream pipes.

    摘要: A pelletizing process and pelletized product is provided using non-food or limited-feed agricultural residue, such as corn stover and soybean stubble, and for various uses, including energy production, such as ethanol or electricity generation, fuel and feed. The agricultural plant material is harvested and baled. The bales are transported to the processing site for storage or immediate processing. The bale strings are first removed, and then the broken bales are shredded. The shredded plant material is then ground to a small size. The ground material is then pelletized without the use of binding additives, to produce densified pellets of the agricultural plant material. The pellets are cooled and then stored or transported to an end user. Chemical agents may be added to depolymerize lignin in the residue material. Nutritional supplements may be added to the material before pelletizing.

Employed are a coal dryer that dries coal, a boiler in which the coal that is dried in the coal dryer is mixed with air for combustion and burned, an air heater that heats the air for combustion that is supplied to the boiler using combustion exhaust gas discharged from the boiler, a precipitator that collects dust included in the combustion exhaust gas, a desulfurization plant that performs a desulfurization process on the combustion exhaust gas, and heat recovery equipment that heats a heating medium using the combustion exhaust gas. The coal dryer dries the coal using the heat energy of the heating medium that has been heated in the heat recovery equipment.

    摘要: A process is provided for creating feed pellets from agricultural residue material having substantially no food value, such as corn stover. The agricultural residue material is harvested and baled for transport to a storage and processing site. The baled agricultural residue material is then shredded and ground, and one or more chemical agents are added to depolymerize the fiber (lignin-carbohydrate) matrix of the agricultural residue material. Agricultural processing byproducts such as distiller's solubles and dried distillers grains with solubles (DDGS) are added to the agricultural residue material, either before or after the chemical agents are added, to form a combined material. The combined material is then pelletized into feed pellets, which may be transported and stored for later consumption by animals. The process produces a nutritionally enhanced material which is more easily digested than existing feed rations.

A contraction flow area (16) is formed between the housing (41) and the recovery cone (11), and a two-phase flow (52) formed of the mixture of the solid particles and gases blown up through the contraction flow area (16) is collided with the downward flow forming member (13) on the upper side of the housing (41) to form it in a downward flow. Then, that flow is led to the rotating fin side, classified into the fine particles and the coarse particles, and the fine particles are carried together with an airstream, passed through the rotating fin (21), and removed. A circulating swirl flow development suppressing part (30) is installed at the upper part of the contraction flow area (16) and on the outer periphery of the downward flow forming member (13).

    摘要: A control system of coal pulverizer associated with a rotary classifier, applicable to a pulverized coal burning boiler or the like, includes a function generating section, a computing section, and a rotational speed controlling section. The function generating section receives a signal representing a coal feed rate and outputs signals representing a preset proper range of a current to be fed to the motor of the coal pulverizer for such coal feed rate. The computing section is responsive to a signal representing the current motor current and the signals produced by the function generating section to output a command signal which will maintain the speed of the rotary classifier when the motor current represented by the motor current signal is within the proper range, and to output a command signal which will decrease or increase the speed of the rotary classifier, respectively, in the case where the same motor current has increased or decreased beyond the proper range. The rotational speed controller receives the command signal and regulates the speed of the rotary classifier on the basis of the command signal.
