摘要: Coal is properly dried and the efficiency of a boiler is increased while suppressing any reduction in efficiency of the boiler and the generation of hydrocarbon gas components. Employed are a coal dryer that dries coal, a boiler in which the coal that is dried in the coal dryer is mixed with air for combustion and burned, an air heater that heats the air for combustion that is supplied to the boiler using combustion exhaust gas discharged from the boiler, a precipitator that collects dust included in the combustion exhaust gas, a desulfurization plant that performs a desulfurization process on the combustion exhaust gas, and heat recovery equipment that heats a heating medium using the combustion exhaust gas. The coal dryer dries the coal using the heat energy of the heating medium that has been heated in the heat recovery equipment.

摘要: There is provided an exhaust gas treatment system including a CO2 recovery unit with further enhanced energy efficiency. An exhaust gas treatment system (1) of the present invention includes: a CO2 recovery unit (10) including a CO2 absorption column (11), an absorbing solution regeneration column (16), and a reboiler (21); and an exhaust gas heat exchanger (5) provided on a gas upstream side of the CO2 recovery unit (10). Heat exchange is performed between process condensate discharged from the CO2 absorption column (11) and steam condensate discharged from the reboiler (21) in a heat exchanger (22). The heated process condensate is fed to the absorbing solution regeneration column (16). Heat exchange is performed between the cooled steam condensate and exhaust gas in the exhaust gas heat exchanger (5) so that the steam condensate is heated while the exhaust gas is cooled.

摘要: A flue gas treatment system and a flue gas treatment method capable of drastically reducing operating cost and an amount of waste water and capable of controlling an amount of a NOx reducing agent and a mercury oxidation agent to be supplied are provided. The flue gas treatment system sprays an aqueous solution containing ammonium halide into a flue, reduces NOx and oxidizes mercury in a deNOx section, and removes SOx and the mercury in a desulfurization section. The flue gas treatment system adds at least one of ammonium sulfate and ammonium carbonate to waste water which is discharged from the desulfurization section and from which CaSO4 is separated to generate the ammonium halide. The waste water containing the ammonium halide is sprayed as the aqueous solution.

摘要: A desulfurization apparatus includes: a desulfurization section (3) that brings exhaust gas containing sulfur oxide into gas-liquid contact with absorbing liquid to thereby remove the sulfur oxide; a folded-plate type demister (4) that is installed above the desulfurization section (3), and removes mist generated in the desulfurization section (3); a packing section (5) that is installed above the folded-plate type demister (4), has a same cross-sectional area as the desulfurization section (3) and the folded-plate type demister (4), and removes mist that is not removed by the folded-plate type demister (4); and a washing section (6) that injects water to the packing section (5). As a result of this, mist contained in the exhaust gas is easily and reliably reduced.

摘要: An apparatus for separating and recovering CO2 from a CO2 absorbent, includes: a regeneration tower for regenerating the absorbent that has absorbed CO2 by heating it to separate and remove CO2 therefrom and to exhaust CO2 gas; a compressor for compressing the CO2 gas exhausted from the tower; and a heat exchanger for heating the absorbent in the tower by exchanging heat with a part of the compressed CO2 by the compressor which is introduced into the tower. The apparatus may include a plurality of the compressors and a plurality of the heat exchangers. The plurality of compressors is arranged in series to sequentially compress the CO2 gas exhausted from the tower. The plurality of heat exchangers is configured so that each part of the CO2 compressed by the plurality of compressors is introduced to the tower in parallel to exchange heat with the absorbent in the tower.

摘要: A biomass feeding unit feeds biomass to a boiler. A hydrogen-chlorine monitoring unit measures hydrogen-chloride content in flue gas fed to a desulfurization equipment. A mercury monitoring unit measures mercury content in treated flue gas emitted from the desulfurization equipment. A feed-amount instruction unit instructs proper feed amount of the biomass to the biomass feeding unit based on measurement values obtained by the hydrogen-chlorine monitoring unit and the mercury monitoring unit.
