    摘要: A precision measurement device includes a housing and a rotor. A feed inlet is provided at an upper side of the housing. A discharge outlet is provided at a lower side of the housing. The rotor is connected to a motor. Three rings of measurement recesses are formed on the outer wall of the rotor in correspondence with the feed inlet and the discharge outlet. An upper end of the feed inlet has a trapezoid shape which is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom. The discharge outlet is disposed off-center at an ascending position of the rotation cylinder, achieving an accurate measurement effect.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a guide unit for measurement acting as a guide for measuring the micro-weight of fine grains having minute weight and volume, such as powders, granules, seeds and pills, and to a micro-weight measuring system for accurately measuring the fine grains by a preset micro-weight by using the guide unit for measurement. The present invention has an effect of being capable of measuring the micro-weight as a unit to thereby package fine grains such as powders, granules, seeds and pills by micro-weight unit. In addition, the present invention has an effect of being capable of accurately measuring the fine grains by the preset micro-weight in such a manner that in the procedure of discharging a one-unit-micro-weight of the fine grains, some of the fine grains are discharged at a smaller amount than the initially-discharged amount and are finally discharged by dropping.

    摘要: A storage dispensing unit provides for storage of a granular bulk material in a hermetic storage container. The granular material is held in a storage container which feeds a dispensing section. The dispensing section selectively dispenses the ingredient downward to a base, which optionally includes a weighting tray of a scale. The ingredient is dispensed by weight. The storage dispensing unit may also include a display and keypad for entry of a desired quantity of ingredient to be dispensed, and optionally which of plural ingredients to be dispensed. A controller can convert a requested volumetric measure to an equivalent weight measure, and dispense by weight in place of volume. The storage dispensing unit further optionally includes pressure control on the storage container, i.e., vacuum, an maintains a hermetic seal when not actively dispensing. Optionally, temperature may also be controlled to enhance the shelf life of the stored ingredient.

    摘要: A method and apparatus are provided for administering micro-ingredient feed additives to animal feed rations. The apparatus may be referred to as a system which includes a number of discrete components which cooperate together to ultimately deliver micro-ingredients to a desired location, such as a feed mixer containing a feed ration. Structure is provided for storing, measuring, dispensing, and conveying the micro-ingredients. Measuring of the micro-ingredients may be achieved by loss in weight, gain in weight, or volumetric metering methods. Transport by a liquid carrier such as water may be achieved by providing one or a plurality of conveyance pumps connected to a transport line. The system is operated by a control unit which controls components of the system to achieve delivery of specified amounts and types of micro-ingredients to the feed ration.
