    摘要: A firearm maintenance system may be utilized to clean, lubricate and protect a firearm. Embodiments of the invention provide for creating a sealed environment between the breech end and muzzle end of the barrel of the firearm and introducing a maintenance fluid into the sealed environment. The maintenance fluid may be circulated within the barrel in a closed circulation configuration by a pump. The maintenance fluid may be heated. An ultrasonic generator may be utilized to induce cavitation in the maintenance fluid to improve cleaning efficiency. Fluid flow sighting devices may be utilized to visibly monitor operation. Electronic means to monitor and safeguard the firearm maintenance system may also be employed.

    摘要: A chamber safety device is configured to be inserted into one or more loading/ejection port(s) of a weapon. When the chamber safety device is inserted into the one or more opening(s), the weapon is not capable of firing due to the fact that no bullet or shell can be inserted into the firing chamber and/or the weapon firing mechanism cannot come in contact with a bullet or shell located in the firing chamber. The chamber safety device includes an upper portion having at least top region which is preferably colored in a high visibility color, such as hunter orange, and which provides a visual indicator to the user and other people around the user that the weapon is not capable of firing. A lower portion is configured to be inserted into the one or more opening(s) of the weapon.

    摘要: A firearm firing system substantially reduces the force necessary to fire the weapon yet enhances its ability to remain safe when a firing command is not issued. The sear and hammer interact at two distinct locations so as to reduce the force necessary for the sear to be removed from the sear ledge of the hammer resulting firing of the weapon. By redistributing forces to a secondary point on the hammer during firing the primary sear/hammer interaction can be maintained during non-firing modes to safe the weapon. Additionally a cavity is presented at the sear/sear ledge interaction such that residue and foreign material are removed so not to interfere with the firing mechanism.

    摘要: This is a device for a bore wiping, self-lubricating ramrod used for muzzle loading gun barrels. The device consists of a bullet jag with two 0-rings, and a center hole to allow the lubricant to get into the bore. As the jag is passed down the bore a small amount of lubricant is released into the bore. The first 0-ring stops the lubricant from leaving the bore, and the second 0-ring wipes the bore clean when the ramrod is pulled out of the bore. The ramrod may be made in different diameters to accommodate different caliber muzzleloaders. The shooter uses the same ramrod for lubing and loading the weapon with the same pass down the barrel.
