摘要: A heat pump system in which a heat source is air, and may include: a compressor configured to compress a refrigerant, a first heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between the refrigerant and air, a second heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between the refrigerant and water, a first refrigerant pipe configured to discharge the refrigerant heat exchanged in the first heat exchanger during a defrosting operation for the first heat exchanger, and a second refrigerant pipe configured to guide the refrigerant from the first refrigerant pipe to the second heat exchanger. The heat pump system may further include: a third refrigerant pipe configured to discharge the refrigerant heat exchanged in the second heat exchanger after flowing into the second heat exchanger through the second refrigerant pipe, a first water pipe configured to supply water to be heat exchanged in the second heat exchanger, a second water pipe configured to return the water heat exchanged in the second heat exchanger, a bypass pipe connecting the first refrigerant pipe and the third refrigerant pipe and configured to bypass the second heat exchanger, and a third heat exchanger configured to heat exchange the refrigerant guided by the bypass pipe with the water flowing in the second water pipe, during the defrosting operation.

摘要: In an air-conditioning apparatus, a first flow passage selection device and a second flow passage selection device each are a constant-energized-type three-way valve in which a position of a main valve can be fixed in a de-energized state. When the refrigerant circuit is switched to the cooling circuit by a flow switching device, when at least one of the first flow passage selection device and the second flow passage selection device is in a de-energized state, the first flow passage selection device or the second flow passage selection device in the de-energized state is configured to output refrigerant discharged from the compressor and input therein via the flow switching device and the bypass pipe to a corresponding one of an upper-side outdoor heat exchanger and a lower-side outdoor heat exchanger.

摘要: A heat exchanger module includes a skin condenser and a skin evaporator. The skin condenser includes an inner condenser plate, an outer condenser plate coupled to the inner condenser plate and a condenser tube channel formed on one of the inner condenser plate and/or the outer condenser plate. The evaporator includes an inner evaporator plate, an outer evaporator plate coupled to the inner evaporator plate, and an evaporator tube channel formed on one of the inner evaporator plate and/or the outer evaporator plate. The heat exchanger also includes an insulation layer extending between the inner condenser plate and the inner evaporator plate. Each of the plates that form the skin condenser and/or evaporator can be formed from different materials and/or have different material thicknesses to reduce heat transfer through the insulation layer from the condenser to the evaporator while also promoting heat transfer through natural convection with surrounding air.

摘要: A defrost system includes: a cooling device in a freezer, and includes a casing, a heat exchanger pipe with a difference in elevation in the casing, and a drain receiver unit below the heat exchanger pipe; a refrigerating device to cool and liquefy CO2 refrigerant; and a refrigerant circuit for permitting the cooled and liquefied CO2 refrigerant to circulate to the heat exchanger pipe. The defrost system includes a bypass pipe of the heat exchanger pipe to form a CO2 circulation path; an on-off valve in the heat exchanger pipe to be closed during defrosting so that the CO2 circulation path is a closed circuit; a pressure adjusting unit for adjusting pressure of the CO2 refrigerant during defrosting; and a brine circuit as a first heating medium, in which the defrost system permits the CO2 refrigerant to naturally circulate in the closed circuit during defrosting by a thermosiphon effect.

The sealed system includes a compressor operable to generate a flow of compressed refrigerant, an evaporator and a drain trough disposed below the evaporator. A bypass conduit fluidly couples a bypass valve and the evaporator. The bypass valve is configured for selectively directing refrigerant from a condenser around an expansion device to the evaporator. A portion of the bypass conduit is positioned at and connected to the drain trough. A related method for defrosting an evaporator is also provided.
