    摘要: A method for controlling a heater of a carburetor and an apparatus therefor. The method includes the steps of: setting a heater pre-heating temperature condition so as for the fuel to be vaporized at the optimum state; setting a heater temperature variation rate properly in accordance with the variation of the intra-room temperature; setting a heater temperature variation rate in relation with the latent heat of the material of the heater; controlling the phase angle of an ac power in accordance with the instructions of a microcomputer; and driving the heater with the variable ac power. Thus a proper vaporizing atmosphere is formed in relation with the variations of the surrounding conditions, thereby contributing to the full combustion of the fuel. The apparatus for controlling the heater is constituted such that a heater temperature sensing section and an intra-room temperature sensing section are connected to the input side of the microcomputer, while the output side of the microcomputer is connected to a phase angle control section.

    摘要: An oil burner comprising an oil/air jet nozzle has a central oil orifice and an outer air orifice; a chamber for oil connected through a control valve to the central orifice; means for supplying air under pressure through a pressure responsive switch and a control valve to the outer orifice, for atomizing oil from the central orifice; means for supplying combustion air through a conduit around the nozzle; an electrically operated ignition means adjacent the nozzle; means for detecting the absence of ignition; and control means operated by the detecting means and the pressure responsive switch for closing the valves on absence of air under pressure, for actuating the ignition means on the detection of the absence of ignition, and for closing the valves on failure of the ignition means to ignite the oil/gas mixture from the nozzle. The invention includes a space heater comprising a hollow canister having an outer wall and a spaced inner wall defining therebetween an inter-wall passage, and means for blowing space heating air into the passage. In that case, the oil burner is arranged with a conduit bridging the inter-wall passage, whereby the flame of the oil burner is directed into the interior of the inner wall and heats that inner wall and hence the air passing through the passage. The oil burner may also be used in a water heater.

The burning unit is installed with a fuel bucket for storing fuel and a burning chamber having a tubular shape, and interior of the burning chamber is installed with at least one nozzle. At least one fuel tube coupled to the fuel bucket is disposed at each nozzle, and the turbocharger is coupled to the burning chamber. Under the reaction of the turbocharger, the gas fluid of the burning chamber is increased, a flowing speed and a flowing flux of the gas fluid are increased, and thus the burning further entirely achieves the objective of increasing fuel burning efficiency.

    摘要: A combustion heater system for use in a moter vehicle has a combustion chamber housing a combustion pad which is heated by a pre-glow plug for vaporizing a fuel that is supplied from a fuel tank through a solenoid-operated valve to the combustion pad. The combustion chamber is supplied with air from a fan, and houses a spark plug for producing sparks in the combustion chamber to ignite a fuel vapor emitted from the combustion pad. The combustion heater system has a control unit which energizes the pre-glow plug to heat the combustion pad, actuates the solenoid-operated valve to supply the fuel to the combustion pad, and actuates the fan to supply air to the combustion chamber. The control unit subsequently energizes the spark plug to produce sparks upon elapse of a preset period of time hereby to ignite the fuel vapor emitted from the combustion pad for producing flames in the combustion chamber. To extinguish the flames, the control unit inactivates the solenoid-operated valve to stop supplying the fuel to the combustion pad and subsequently inactivates the fan to stop supplying air to the combustion chamber.
