摘要: The presently disclosed technology generally provides a modular support system for plumbing connections. In one example, the system includes a frame, a connector that fits entirely in front of a support stud, and an optional housing. The frame includes symmetrical sides, each including a rail assembly. The connector includes first opposed sidewalls, each having a pair of boxways that receive the rails on any side of a frame unit to form a sliding joint between the frame and connector. Second opposed sidewalls include flexible tabs that engage frame corner flanges to prevent rearward disengagement of the connector from the frame. The housing includes structure for connection with the frame. The housing can be rotated for connection with the frame to receive vertical or horizontal plumbing lines. Connectors can connect the frame units in vertical or horizontal relation, or on either side of a building stud, or to brackets.

摘要: An accessory positioning system for a cable manager includes a spine member, a first lateral member, an accessory rod, and a first cable management accessory. The spine member has an extruded construction and defines an x-axis of a three-dimensional cable management space. The first lateral member has an extruded construction and defines a y-axis of the three-dimensional cable management space. The spine member is slidably paired with the first lateral member to facilitate infinite adjustability of a location of the spine member along the x-axis of the three-dimensional cable management space within a range defined by a length of the first lateral member. The accessory rod has an extruded construction and define a z-axis of the three-dimensional cable management space. The accessory rod protrudes from the spine member and is slidably paired therewith to facilitate infinite adjustability of a location of the accessory rod along the y-axis of the three-dimensional cable management space within a range defined by a length of the spine member. The first cable management accessory is slidably paired with the accessory rod to facilitate infinite adjustability of a location of the first cable management accessory along the z-axis of the three-dimensional cable management space within a range defined by a length of the accessory rod.

摘要: The present technology relates to beams having a cross section defining a plurality of channels and assemblies comprising the beams. In embodiments the cross section may define four channels, facing in four directions. The cross section has the advantages of providing structural channels that provide strength, platforms for attaching sliding and fastening components, and conduits for protecting internal components. The interior and exterior surfaces of the channels are configured to permit multiple carriers to slide/roll in linear motion independently in multiple directions, with smooth action and stability due to one or more guiding features to distribute load. These and other embodiments are discussed in greater detail in the detailed description and drawing figures.

摘要: A one-piece conduit clip made of spring steel sheet material includes an elongate anchor plate for coupling to a channel member having a longitudinal slot defined between two flanges. The clip includes two opposing arms interconnected by the anchor plate. The arms include a holding portion remote from the anchor plate to hold the conduit. A closure portion extends from an end of the holding portion. Between a lower end of the holding portion and each axial end part of the anchor plate an accommodation space is defined for a flange of the channel member when the anchor plate extends at an angle relative to the longitudinal slot. The anchor plate has resilient lugs at its axial end parts adapted to engage the flanges so as to pull the lower end of the holding portion into engagement with an upper side of the flanges.

摘要: A retaining clip configured to secure an elongate member to a generally planar panel is described herein. The retaining clip includes a first side wall, a second side wall opposite the first side wall, and an end wall interconnecting the side walls. The side walls define a gap configured to receive the panel. The retaining clip includes further includes a resilient first cantilevered prong projecting into the gap from the first side wall and a resilient second cantilevered prong projecting from into the first gap from the second side wall. Free ends of the first and second prongs are characterized as having a pair of pointed barbs on distal edges of the first and second prongs. The pointed barbs are configured to increase a removal force required to remove the panel from the first gap. A method of forming such a retaining clip is also described.
