Abstract: Tubing bundle supports comprise body parts clamped around split rotatable sleeves. In one embodiment, spring mounted peripheral shoes and rotatable tubing bundle support sleeves allow metal tubes and tubing bundles to be routed inside a conduit in spaced apart positions and resistant to vibration. In another embodiment, split pillow block sections are clamped around a split rotatable sleeve. In an embodiment, the split pillow block support is held to a strut channel by a strut channel nut.

Abstract: An air-cooled heat exchanger is connectable between an upstream fluid source and a downstream fluid destination by a plurality of external pipes having connection ends arranged in one or more external pipe connection configurations. The air-cooled heat exchanger has a cooling tubes assembly that includes a plurality of headers, a plurality of intermediate pipes connected to the plurality of headers, and a modular manifold system that connects the plurality of intermediate pipes to the plurality of external pipes. The modular manifold system includes a plurality of pipe elbows each connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of intermediate pipes, and one or more trays. Each of the plurality of pipe elbows is retained within the one or more trays in a configuration that matches the one or more external pipe connection configurations.

Abstract: A securing member includes a supporting portion configured to be fastened to a structure, and a protruding portion protruding substantially perpendicularly relative to the supporting portion. The supporting portion includes apertures through which fasteners enter in order to fasten the supporting portion to a structure. The protruding portion includes curved recesses that are configured to receive pipes such that each curved recess curves at least partially around a lateral portion of a pipe, and apertures disposed adjacent to these recesses are configured to receive fasteners that fasten the protruding portion to ends of pipes. These fasteners are also configured to fasten the ends of pipes to the openings of various pumps. The securing members, fastened in this manner, improve the operational life of pipes and pumps in an pump installation system and reduce the likelihood of deformation, strain, and misalignment.

Abstract: A sliding pipe supporting arrangement (2) adapted to receive and support at least one pipe or jacketed pipe assembly comprising main support means (9) comprising at least one opening to support a pipe. The arrangement further comprises an assembly of spring arrangement (6) and ball transfer unit (7), coupled to the main support means so as to isolate differential displacement in lateral and vertical direction of the pipe. The assembly unit comprises a top plate (3), middle plate (4) and a bottom plate (5). The spring arrangement further comprises a plurality of springs positioned in between the top plate (3) and the middle plate (4) facilitating the vertical displacement of the pipe. The ball transfer unit (4) also comprises plural rollers positioned between the bottom plate (4) and middle plate (5) facilitating lateral displacement of the pipe and an expansion joint arrangement (8) placed in between pipe lengths of a pipe to attenuate the axial displacement of the said pipe.

Abstract: A swivelable and pivotable clip fastener for attaching two or more articles together is disclosed. The articles being attached may include electrical or fluid conduits or a substrate. The swivelable and pivotable clip fastener comprises a ball and socket construction for attaching a first article to a second article. The swivelable and pivotable clip fastener is easy to use. The clip fastener may be produced by additive manufacturing or a one-shot injection molding process. The ball and socket arrangement allows 360 degrees of rotation and pivoting of one article relative to the other. One or more slots are formed in the ball. The socket includes anti-release arms that are offset from one another. Optionally, the ball may be formed from a first material and the socket may be formed from a second material. A flash gate may attach the ball to the socket when the ball and socket are formed.

Abstract: Technology is provided for a strut hanger for connecting a strut to a hanger rod includes a hook portion configured to engage the exterior surface of the hanger rod, a lever portion, a fulcrum disposed between the hook portion and lever portion, and a strut tab extending from the lever portion and configured to engage a strut. Load placed on the strut tab causes the lever portion to act against the fulcrum to force the hook portion against the hanger rod, thereby supporting the strut from the hanger rods without fasteners attached to the hanging rods. The strut hanger can include a clip extending from the lever portion to engage the hanger rod and maintain a minimum load on the lever.

Abstract: A plumbing bracket assembly has a plastic main bracket body and a telescoping bracket. The telescoping bracket runs through the main bracket body, and is able to extend to allow the bracket assembly to be secured to structure (such as studs) at both ends, over a range of distances between structure elements. The bracket body is initially able to slide along the telescoping bracket, for desired positioning, but may be locked in place using screws on the main bracket body. Hardware, such a hose clamp and multiple pipe clamps, is initially coupled to the main bracket body. The main bracket body may have a central depression for receiving a relatively large pipe run, and notches or depressions on opposite sides of the central depression, for receiving smaller pipe runs.
