摘要: A shut-off valve for a pressurized-gas vessel includes a valve closing body which can perform stroke movements and is preloaded by the spring force of a closing spring against a valve seat. When the valve closing body is in a closed position, a connection of a valve inlet to a valve outlet is shut off. The shut-off valve includes an actuator arrangement for opening the valve closing body. The actuator arrangement interacts with an actuating element which is arranged spaced apart from and coaxial with respect to the valve closing body and which is movable by the actuator arrangement in the direction of the valve closing body. When the actuating element abuts against the valve closing body, an opening impulse can be generated.

摘要: A suspension system of an associated vehicle. The suspension system comprises an outer reservoir tube extending along an axis between a first end and a second end and defining a chamber. A piston assembly is at least partially located in the chamber. The piston assembly includes a piston rod and a piston head. A solenoid assembly is connected to the piston rod. The solenoid assembly comprises a core including a core head and a core body. A spool extends about the core body and defines a space. A coil is wrapped around the spool within the space. An induction plate is at least partially located between the spool and the core head. As the input current is modulated the induction plate promotes the induction of eddy currents opposing the field induction attenuating the force ripples of the magnetic field buildup and decay.

摘要: In an example, a system for applying an agricultural product includes a valve and a solenoid. For instance, the valve includes a coil that generates a magnetic flux. The system includes a valve controller. The valve controller is configured to measure one or more electrical characteristics of at least one of the coil or a dissipation element. In some examples, the valve controller determines an actual duty cycle of a valve operator of the valve using the measured electrical characteristics. The valve controller determines a magnetic flux correction, for instance based on a difference between the actual duty cycle and a specified duty cycle. The valve controller operates the valve operator according to the specified magnetic flux and the magnetic flux correction to guide the actual duty cycle toward the specified duty cycle.

摘要: An electrohydraulic valve system for controlling a braking system of a work machine includes a valve body forming a bore and a fluid channel, and a valve spool disposed within the bore and in fluid communication with the fluid channel. The valve spool includes at least a first land and a second land. An armature is positioned with respect to the valve spool to move the valve spool axially within the bore between a first position and a second position, and a spring is disposed within the bore for biasing the valve spool to its first position. A first electromagnetic coil and a second electromagnetic coil are arranged relative to one another and the armature for forming a magnetic field when energized, and a detent system is positioned within the valve body for exerting an axial force to the valve body or armature.

摘要: A solenoid valve has a housing defining a first axis and second axis, a solenoid which produces a magnetic field along the first axis, a valve shaft movable between a first position and a second position along the second axis, and a manifold mounted to the housing. The valve shaft is biased toward the first position by a spring and mechanical forces sufficient to overcome the force of the spring are transferred from the solenoid to the shaft by a lever to displace the shaft to its second position. A poppet seal affixed to the shaft, which interacts with a portion of the housing to close an outlet port in the housing, and a spool seal, also affixed to the shaft which interacts with a wall of the manifold defining an exhaust port to route fluid to the desired port. An electronic circuit controls delivery of current to the solenoid to shift and hold the shaft in the second position.

摘要: A magnetic metering valve is provided. The valve includes a body assembly, first and second fluid passages opening into a hollow chamber within the body assembly, a first controllable source of magnetic field operable to generate a first magnetic field within the hollow chamber, and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes first and second caps covering the ports, the caps being configured to oscillate relative to the ports in response to a change of fluid pressure in the hollow chamber, the first and second caps comprising respective first and second ferromagnetic elements to interrupt or control a flow of the fluid through the first and second ports responsive to the magnetic field in the hollow chamber. In an aspect of the invention, a method of purging the metering valve is provided. A method of operating the metering valve is also provided.
