摘要: A drive device for a high pressure cleaning appliance includes a motor, the motor shaft of which is rotatably mounted on a motor flange and is coupled to a swash plate arrangement by a planetary gearing, wherein the planetary gearing comprises a sun gear, which is connected to the motor shaft in a rotationally-fixed manner and meshes with planetary gears that are rotatably mounted on a planet carrier and are in engagement with an internally toothed ring gear, and wherein the swash plate arrangement is positioned in an oil housing. So that the drive device has a longer service life and enables a greater selection of materials in the production thereof, the motor flange and the oil housing form separate components, wherein the motor flange comprises the ring gear and the oil housing is fixed to the motor flange, wherein the motor flange forms a centering for the oil housing.

摘要: A prime mover includes a stator fixed to a housing, and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The prime mover outputs torque from the rotor by being supplied with electric power. A speed reducer reduces the torque of the prime mover and outputs the reduced torque. The speed reducer includes a sun gear to which the torque from the rotor is input, and a planetary gear that revolves in a circumferential direction of the sun gear while rotating in a state of meshing with the sun gear. The rotor and the sun gear are formed separately, and are disposed coaxially so as to be integrally rotatable.

摘要: An axial-rotation locking-mechanism assembly includes a handle, a locking assembly, and a shaft. The locking assembly includes a locking element and a cam mechanism. The shaft is operatively connected to the handle and the locking assembly. When the handle is rotated in a first direction, the shaft is rotated in a first direction and drives the cam mechanism to move the locking element in a first axial direction. When the handle is rotated in a second direction, the shaft is rotated in a second direction and drives the cam mechanism to move the locking element in a second axial direction. The second direction is the opposite of the first direction. The first axial direction is the opposite of the second direction.

The actuator assembly is configured to generate a first torque around a motor axis using a motor and generate a second torque from the first torque using a harmonic drive. The actuator assembly may include a gear set configured to cause a linear actuator to translate the piston using the second torque. In some examples, the actuator is configured to translate the piston along a compression axis different from the motor axis.

摘要: A variable displacement hypocycloidal crankshaft includes a crankshaft, a hypocycloidal gear assembly, an external pin, and an angle-setting device. The crankshaft mounted in a chassis houses the piston assembly. The hypocycloidal gear assembly includes an internal gear and an external gear. The crankshaft is mounted on the chassis coaxially with the internal gear and rotates freely in the center of the internal gear. Then, the external gear is mounted on the crankshaft movable pin and engaged with the internal gear thereby rotating the external gear. The external pin operably engages the piston assembly. The angle-setting device mounted on the chassis operably engages the internal gear. The angle-setting device is coaxial to the hypocycloidal gear assembly for selectively varying the linear displacements of the piston assembly. The external gear meshes with the internal gear for converting the continuous rotation of the crankshaft to varying linear displacements of the piston assembly.

摘要: A reciprocating tool employs a motor gear of a drive motor to rotate a drive shaft. When the drive shaft rotates, a sliding member disposed into a ball rolling groove will move along the path of the ball rolling groove. At the same time, for the restriction of annular fixing member, the component force of the sliding member in an axial direction pushes a driven shaft to move back and forth repeatedly along the axial direction, so that a tool fixed on the driven shaft will also back and forth repeatedly in the axial direction, and thus a high efficient reciprocating tool is achieved.
