    摘要: Disclosed is a rotation transmission mechanism including: an internal rotation member inserted by a crankshaft of a bicycle; and an external rotation member configured on the internal rotation member. The internal rotation member includes: an internal rotation member body. The external rotation member includes: a circular ring part configured at an outer side of the outer circumferential convex parts; and inner circumferential convex parts protruding to an inner circumferential side of the circular ring part and configured alternately with the outer circumferential convex parts. Elastic deformation parts are configured between the outer circumferential convex parts and the inner circumferential convex parts on a rotation direction side of the advancing outer circumferential convex parts. The outer circumferential convex parts are formed in such a manner that a surface on the rotation direction side is greater than a surface on an opposite side of the rotation direction.

    摘要: A torsional damper according to the present disclosure includes an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve. The inner sleeve is configured to couple with a shaft, arranged concentrically with an axis of rotation. The inner sleeve has a generally annular profile with a periphery and a male spline extending from the periphery. The outer sleeve is disposed about the inner sleeve, and arranged concentrically with the inner sleeve. The outer sleeve has a generally annular profile with a periphery and a female spline recessed within the periphery. The inner and outer sleeves are arranged with the male spline disposed within the female spline. The damper additionally includes a resilient coupler arranged between the male spline and the female spline. The damper further includes a ball disposed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve and configured to inhibit radial motion of the outer sleeve relative to the inner sleeve.

    摘要: Provided is a torque-transmission joint 15a that is able to reduce the thrust force that is transmitted between the output shaft 12a of an electric motor 8 and a worm shaft 6a without generating noise. A shock-absorbing member 18a that is made using an elastic material is assembled between a driving-side transmission member 16a that is supported by the output shaft 12a and a driven-side member 17a that is supported by the worm shaft 6a. Held sections 33a, 33b of the shock-absorbing member 18a are located between the side surfaces in the circumferential direction of driving-side arm sections 21a of the driving-side transmission member 16a and side surfaces in the circumferential direction of driven-side arm sections 23a of the driven-side transmission member 17a. A damper section 26 is integrally provided with the shock-absorbing member 18a, and that damper section 26 is elastically held between the tip-end surface of the output shaft 12a and the base-end surface of the worm shaft 16a.

    摘要: A damper is disposed between an outer peripheral surface of a bushing and an inner peripheral surface of an inner hub. The damper includes a first portion facing a rib of the bushing, a second portion facing a rib of the inner hub, and a connection portion by which the first portion and the second portion are connected to each other. In a state in which a rotational force has not been applied between the bushing and the inner hub, the damper includes a cross-sectional shape that defines a deformation-absorbing space positioned between the first portion and the second portion. The deformation-absorbing space is deformed such that the first portion approaches the second portion in a state in which the rib of the bushing and the rib of the inner hub have moved relatively by application of a rotational force between the bushing and the inner hub.
