摘要: A roof-mount antenna mounting structure includes a first threaded part, a second threaded part, a legged washer, a leg opening preventing part and a receiving part. The legged washer has a washer ring having a size smaller than the diameter of a mounting hole of a vehicle roof and a leg part extending from the washer ring and having a plurality of claws that can abut against the vehicle roof. The leg part has such elasticity that it closes once when the legged washer is inserted into the mounting hole of the vehicle roof from the washer ring side and recovers to substantially the original opening state after insertion. The leg opening preventing part has a horizontal part and a vertical part and prevents the leg part from opening at a predetermined angle or more when the claws abut against the vehicle roof.

摘要: The invention describes a screw fastening for fixedly joining together two components, and has a first component, which at one edge thereof has a rib-shaped joining region, as well as a joining member, which is arranged fixedly at said joining region, a self-tapping screw and a second component. The second component is joined fixedly to the joining member and the first component by way of this screw. The joining member has a hole along the first component on the first side thereof, and has an abutment portion, which is arranged on a second side, remote from the first side, of the first component. The joining member has a slot-like recess at the abutment portion, through which the first component extends. The hole in the joining member protrudes over the first component, such that the screw screwed thereinto is screwed into the first component in a thread formed by said screw.

摘要: A cage nut fastener for installation without the aid of tools includes a nut and a spring cage comprised of a back wall with a wall aperture therethrough, first and second hooking arms disposed at opposite sides of the back wall, and one or more cage arms. At least one of the first and second hooking arms includes a compressible lever. Each of the first and second hooking arms terminates with an outwardly-oriented hooked portion at a front of the nut. Each of the one or more cage arms engages at least a side face and a front face of the nut. The nut is retained at a caged location by at least the one or more cage arms, is prevented from rotation at the caged location, and includes a nut aperture therethrough in general alignment with the wall aperture of the back wall. Application of a compression force upon the lever, without the aid of tools, manipulates the spring cage to a compressed state that facilitates positioning of a distal end of one or both of the hooked portions through an aperture of a frame member so that, upon release of the compression force, the spring cage and the nut are secured against the frame member.

The fastening system includes a clip with an upper arm and a lower arm each extending from a spreader that separates the upper and lower arms. A coupling system with a threaded member is configured to couple the object to the base can by extending at least through one object opening and one base can aperture, and also extending at least partially into the nut opening to engage the nut.

摘要: Fastening clips, motorized vehicles with fastening clips, and methods for using fastening clips are disclosed. A fastening clip is disclosed for attaching a component to a panel using a threaded fastener. The fastening clip includes a body that inserts into the aperture. The clip body has a flange that seats against one surface of the panel. One or more flexible retaining clips project from the clip body to seat against an opposing panel surface and, with the flange, attach the fastening clip to the panel. Flexible ratchet fingers extend from the clip body into an internal cavity. The ratchet fingers are located on respective sides of the cavity, and are spaced to extend to respective axial positions within the cavity. These ratchet fingers are located and spaced so that only one ratchet finger, at a given time, seats between adjacent threads when the fastener is inserted into the internal cavity.
