摘要: A compliance-based cleaning device includes an internal housing, a sanitization chamber coupled to the internal housing and configured to receive a piece of equipment to be cleaned, and an ultraviolet lamp. The sanitization chamber transitions between an open position and a closed position by rotating about an axis within the internal housing. The ultraviolet lamp is located in proximity to the sanitization chamber and is configured to perform a cleaning process on the piece of equipment in response to the sanitization chamber entering the closed position.

摘要: The mitigation of indoor pathogens comprises quantifying, using a bio-aerosol monitoring system, the amount of total pathogens in the air and on surfaces within an indoor environment. Moreover, the process comprises sanitizing the indoor environment with portable equipment to stabilize the indoor environment when it is determined that the indoor environment is contaminated. Also, the process comprises installing a purification device within a contaminated area of the indoor environment, and monitoring continuously, the indoor environment after sanitizing, for pathogens. Still further, the process comprises releasing a purifying agent upon detecting pathogens in the indoor environment, and providing periodic maintenance to the purification device.

摘要: A compact cold plasma device for generating cold plasma having temperatures in the range 65 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The compact cold plasma device has a magnet-free configuration and an induction-grid-free configuration. An additional configuration uses an induction grid in place of the input electrode to generate the cold plasma. A high voltage power supply is provided that includes a controllable switch to release energy from a capacitor bank to a dual resonance RF transformer. A controller adjusts the energy input to the capacitor bank, as well as the trigger to the controllable switch.

摘要: A disposable, single-use wipe that can be used deodorize, disinfect, and/or sterilize an object. A holder may be used to create or energize one or more treatment agent in a wipe to improve its efficacy. A wipe includes a flexible membrane or cloth-like element that may apply, distribute, and/or remove a treatment agent to, over, or from a surface of the object. An enhanced treatment agent, such as peracetic acid, may be applied to the surface subsequent to being formed in the wipe as a result of installation of the wipe onto a holder, or otherwise activating the wipe. A holder may include a rechargeable reservoir to contain and apply a synergistic treatment agent to the wipe to create the enhanced treatment agent.
