摘要： Improved equipment bases and methods for making and using same are disclosed herein. The equipment base can include a first coated substrate including a first part having a first thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, a first elastomer coating the first part, a second coated substrate positioned adjacent to the first coated substrate, the second coated substrate including a second part having a second thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, and a second elastomer coating the second part. A first seam can be formed between the first and second coated substrates to allow for moisture to pass between the first and second coated substrates so that moisture is allowed to seep away from the bottom of the equipment.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a slipsheet and/or divider sheet and method for making the same, and method for moving and storing containers with use of the slipsheets or divider sheets. The sheets have an imprint or an embossing that provides a raised planar surface. The raised planar surface preferably comprises a plurality of ridges, crowns or crests, which are preferably arranged in a pattern throughout an upper surface of the sheet. To make the sheet, a die can be etched to have protuberances or bumps, and the die is preferably pressed into a sheet of pliable thermoplastic material. The sheet thus made has a plurality of indentations formed by the protuberances or bumps on the die, and the sheet has a planar outer surface comprising a plurality of ridges, crowns and crests between the indentations.

摘要： A cart includes a base, a pair of rear wheels supporting the base, and a pair of tines extending forward of the base. A load wheel is positioned below forward ends of each of the pair of tines for raising and lowering the tine. A handle extends upward from the base, the handle including a horizontal handle, wherein the horizontal handle is substantially aligned with the axles of the rear wheels. The tines are wider and longer so that each tine can support two small nestable pallets. Each nestable pallet includes a deck, feet supporting the deck and a peripheral lip extending upward from the deck. The pallet is sized to support single stack of containers, such as standard-size totes.

摘要： A pallet structure includes a positioning mechanism is provided. The positioning mechanism includes an engaging element disposed on a sloping edge and adapted to be engaged with slits formed on the inclined surface of a vehicle. A coil spring is connected between the engaging element and the sloping edge and biasing the engaging element to protrude outward from an outer surface of the sloping edge. A retaining element is disposed between an inner surface of the sloping edge and a bottom deck board of the pallet and configured to retain the engaging element to move between an engaging position and a disengaging position. The protruding end of the engaging element is protruded outward from the outer surface of the sloping edge in the engaging position, and the protruding end of the engaging element is not protruded from the outer surface of the sloping edge in the disengaging position.

摘要： The container (10) has a lid structure (18) comprising two lid panels (20f) and (20t). The first lid panel (20t) forms at least a part of the top wall (14). The second lid panel 20f forms at least part of one of the side walls (16d). When the container (10) is in the erected condition the lid structure (18) can have one of, and be moved between, a closed configuration; top load configuration; and, front load configuration. The front load configuration has two variants. In a first front load configuration the first and second lid panels (20t) and (20f) remain connected to each other and are moved so that they are in a substantial face to face relationship. In the second front load configuration the second lid panel (20f) is pivoted to lie on top of the first lid panel (20t).

The concave pallet includes a plurality of inwardly sloping surfaces meeting a surface plane equidistantly from the center point of the pallet. A lip encompasses the perimeter of the pallet and secures packages on the pallet. The lip interlocks with the bases of alike pallets for efficient stacking and storage when not in use for package shipment.

The protective coating improves the durability, scuff and chip resistance to make the container more safe for long life and use.
