摘要： A pallet has an upper deck portion having an upper planar portion and a lower deck portion having a lower planar portion. Ribs extend from one of the planar portions and are vibration welded to the other planar portion. A peripheral lip extends downwardly from the upper deck portion around the periphery of the lower portion. In this manner, the entire upper deck portion, which includes the entire upper surface of the pallet, is vibration welded to the lower deck portion. Further, the peripheral lip of the upper deck portion hides any flash that might be generated by the vibration welding process.

摘要： A composite pallet structure includes a unit pallet including: upper and lower basic supporting boards, at least two spaced-apart auxiliary rods attached to each of the corresponding sides of the upper and lower basic supporting boards, a plurality of spacers distributed between the auxiliary rods on the upper basic supporting board and the auxiliary rods on the lower basic supporting board, and a plurality of fixing elements for restricting the spacers within the space between the upper and lower basic supporting boards in order for the unit pallet to have high supporting strength. The composite pallet structure needs no soldering and, therefore, can be easily repaired and recycled.

A closed-cell foam material is injected into a mold to form a monolithic structure having a first surface, a second surface offset and opposite the first surface, the first surface including a first lip located at two adjacent sides of the structure with a plurality of shaped protrusions, and the second surface including a second lip located at two other adjacent sides of the structure and forming a plurality of shaped apertures matching in number and shape with the plurality of protrusions; and a recess formed in the second lip and forming a hole for receiving a fastener to secure the monolithic structure to a supporting structure. Multiple monolithic interlocking tiles are interlocked together to form the covering for a floor, wall, ceiling, or roof.

Four feet each extend away from the underside of the top. Each foot has a first opening facing out through the product supporting surface so that the feet allow stacking of such pallets. At least one product tab receiving area is adjacent an edge of the top and has a parent slot within the top with a partially closed bottom forming a shelf and an opening adjacent the shelf. An inner slot extends through the opening adjacent the shelf so as to be recessed below the parent slot. The inner slot has a pair of spaced apart sidewalls, a closed bottom, and with one of the sidewalls having a projection extending towards the other sidewall.
