Abstract: Disclosed are systems, apparatus and methods for transporting a palletized stack of bottles or other similar bulk-produced containers using a unique pallet base and a unique set of side panels that may be engaged with the base and with each other in order to protect the stacks of bottles on the pallet base during shipping and transport. Embodiments of the invention dampen vibrations, protect the bottles from exterior contaminants, and allow the bottles to be viewed from the outside. Embodiments of the invention also provide reusable pallet systems that are easy to assemble and disassemble, and ship back for reuse.

Abstract: A foldably constructed pallet includes a top member forming a top surface of the foldably constructed pallet and a bottom member forming a bottom surface of the foldably constructed pallet. The bottom member includes, extending from the bottom surface, a plurality of outer sidewalls, and a plurality of internal sidewalls. An outer sidewall of the plurality of outer sidewalls and an internal sidewall of the plurality of internal sidewalls cooperate to define a cradle configured to hold a structural insert such that folded panels of the structural insert may be engaged with each of the outer sidewall and the internal sidewall. The top member may be connected to the bottom member and covering the cradle.

Abstract: A packaging system includes an inner box and an outer box. The inner box is adapted to receive items to be transported and has a base, a side wall and a lid. The outer box is adapted to house the inner box and has a base, a side wall and a lid. The base and the lid of the outer box are adapted to form a flat pack that houses a folded-down form of the inner box and of the side wall of the outer box for transport within the flat pack. The folded-down form of the inner box can be removed from the flat pack and assembled to form the inner box. The folded down form of the side wall of the outer box can be removed from the flat pack and assembled together with the base and the lid of the outer box to form the outer box.
