    摘要: A hydraulic manifold plug includes a plug body defining a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis. The manifold includes at least one receiving hole configured to releasably receive at least one positioning key associated with a manifold press. The plug body includes an opening defined by the plug body. The opening is at an angle with respect to the longitudinal axis. The plug body also includes an inner surface defined by the opening and having a concave shape. The plug body is configured to be positioned in a manifold port extending along the longitudinal axis by way of the at least one receiving hole receiving the at least one positioning key. The one positioning key aligns the plug body such that the transverse axis is substantially parallel to a lateral axis defined by a channel of the manifold that forms an angle with the manifold port.

    摘要: A control valve comprising a plurality of interchangeable valve body modules, each module having a main valve cavity and a plurality of separate cross valve communication ports communicating; and at least one interchangeable gasket disposed between adjacent modules and configured to individually communicate the main valve cavity and the communication ports between adjacent valve body modules, wherein the gasket is further configured to selectively communicate between the main valve cavity and a selected one of the cross valve communication ports. In one embodiment, each valve body module further includes a passage communicating with the main valve cavity. In this case, the gasket may be configured to selectively communicate between the passage and the selected one of the cross valve communication ports, thereby selectively communicating between the main valve cavity and the selected one of the cross valve communication ports through the passage by selective orientation of the gasket.

By connecting together side surfaces of the blocks so that the surfaces mutually oppose one another, a manifold formed in the interior of each of the blocks is configured and connected, and valves are installed internally in the first base block and the second base block. Further, gaskets are gripped between each of the interconnected parts, wherein the gaskets are held in a state of being flush with or protruding with respect to outer surfaces of the blocks that are positioned on both sides of the gaskets.

At the junction between the different components the active fluid passageways are surrounded by a sealing surface. The sealing surface essentially surrounds some non-active areas. The non-active areas are vented to the outside air through one or more passageways. The non-active areas may be recessed from the sealing surface.
