摘要: A fluid working system such as a pump for displacing a working fluid such as hydraulic fluid or a motor using a working fluid is provided. The system may have a positive displacement machine which includes one or more working chamber with displacement means such as a cylinder with a reciprocating piston. There are also two or more fluid ports to allow the working fluid to flow into and out of the working chamber. The working fluid flows from one fluid port means to another either being forced to do so when pumped or moving the piston when functioning as an engine. The fluid working system has associated therewith a non-dead compliance volume of a material such as syntactic foam. This compliance volume acts to smooth any pressure fluctuations within the working fluid system.

摘要: A compressor and a method for assembling a compressor are provided. The compressor may include a compressor casing coupled to each of a suction inlet, into which a refrigerant may be introduced, and a discharge outlet, through which the refrigerant may be discharged, a compressor body mounted inside the compressor casing to compress the refrigerant suctioned in through the suction inlet, and then discharge the refrigerant through the discharge outlet, a noise reducing member disposed between the compressor body and the compressor casing, and at least one fixing member mounted inside the compressor casing to fix the noise reducing member to an inner wall of the compressor casing.

摘要: A compressor includes a compression mechanism drawing in, compressing and discharging fluid and a housing accommodating therein the compression mechanism. The housing has therein a discharge chamber into which the fluid compressed by the compression mechanism is discharged. A silencing and cooling device is provided in the discharge chamber to cool the fluid discharged in the discharge chamber and reduce pressure fluctuation. A dispersion wall is provided in the discharge chamber on downstream side of the discharge chamber that is opposite from an inflow port with respect to flowing direction of the discharged fluid. The dispersion wall is disposed to cover a part of the silencing and cooling device and cover at least a part of the inflow port.

摘要: The present invention relates to a noise suppressor capable of reducing the noise of a fluid vented at high pressure and high mass flow rate from an industrial source, to the environmentally acceptable noise level. The invention combines two principles of dissipation of fluid stream energy: first, stream pressure is reduced by passing the stream through a swirler to split the stream into a number of smaller tangential streams which dissipate their energy along the spiral flow path due to friction; and next, the resulting streams pass through a tightly packed granular bed to reduce further the pressure and velocity of the exiting jet to atmospheric pressure and subsonic velocity, respectively. Such jet will generate much lower noise level, as compared to high pressure jet with cellular structure and supersonic velocity.

摘要: An outdoor unit of an air-conditioning apparatus includes: a terminal unit that is provided on an outer peripheral surface of a compressor, and electrically connects components provided in the compressor and outside the compressor; a side soundproof cover that covers the outer peripheral surface of the compressor except for the terminal unit; and a terminal cover that covers the terminal unit exposed from the side soundproof cover to the outside of the side soundproof cover, and soundproofs the terminal unit. The terminal cover is attached to the side soundproof cover such that the state of the terminal cover can be changed between a state in which the terminal cover covers the terminal unit and a state in which the terminal cover does not cover the terminal unit.
