摘要: A swivel gyro-mount system for a self-contained air conditioning system, disclosing a unit having a main body with an evaporator having an evaporator cover with an aperture bordered on a side opposite of the evaporator by a plurality of frustum-spherical wall sections, thereby creating a boundary. A frustum-spherical gyro-swivel ring is positioned within the boundary of the frustum-spherical wall sections. A fitment ring is removably affixed to a protruding lip of the frustum-spherical gyro-swivel ring. The frustum-spherical wall sections movably contain the frustum-spherical gyro-swivel ring in a tight periphery, thereby allowing the frustum-spherical gyro-swivel ring to adjust in orientation, whereby the adjustment in orientation influences a direction of airflow in a conical range of orientations to a blower, whereby said blower may expel air in a plurality of selectable directions in a range of angulation resembling a dual conical shape.

Architectures directed to U-bend structures can further reduce footprint on leasable space and provide improved acoustics, service access, and reduced energy consumption and infrastructure costs.

摘要: A switching device for a multi-split air conditioner, comprising: a housing, a gas-liquid separator, multiple first indoor unit interface pipes, at least one heat exchange component, and multiple second indoor unit interface pipes. The gas-liquid separator is provided with an inlet to an outdoor unit, a first outlet, and a second outlet. The multiple first indoor unit interface pipes and the multiple second indoor unit interface pipes are spaced from each other in a first direction. The first outlet is connected to multiple first interfaces by means of the multiple first indoor unit interface pipes, respectively. The first and second indoor unit interface pipes are spaced apart in a second direction. Some of the first and second indoor unit interface pipes are spaced apart from the rest of the first indoor unit interface pipes and the rest of the second indoor unit interface pipes in the second direction.

摘要: A sound enclosure of a compressor to attenuate an operational sound level of the compressor is disclosed. The sound enclosure may be configured to generally enclose the compressor and attenuate radiantly emitted sound by the compressor. The sound enclosure may be configured to include a plurality of assembly sections, particularly two side sections and one bottom section, where the two side sections can be joined together like two halves of a clam shell and joined to the bottom section to facilitate easy assembly. The sound enclosure may form openings at longitudinal ends of the sound enclosure to accommodate refrigerant lines. The assembly sections of the sound enclosure may include one or more openings to accommodate a compressor junction box, wire bundles, oil lines, mounting mechanisms, etc.

摘要: An acoustic metamaterial noise control system of embodiments of the disclosed technology combines acoustic metamaterial principles with absorptive materials, with a result of a significant reduction in sound radiation within, or emanating from, an HVAC duct. Sound waves that impinge on the noise control system placed at the end (terminal opening of an air duct to ambient space within a room/building), or at a predetermined place on the duct, cause the sound waves to reflect back to the start of the noise control system and also to be absorbed by sound waves within the absorptive core. This is accomplished by way of the use of micro-perforated panels (MPPs) placed in periodic manner with absorptive layers and air gaps to achieve anisotropic conditions to reflect and absorb sound waves for optimum sound reduction.

The wall arrangement are provided with at least one shell and with at least one damping device that removes sound energy from the medium, and the shell and the damping device are integrally interconnected so that, with a justifiable amount of outlay, the resulting air conduction parts effectively damp sound and the transport direction of the medium and/or the cross section of the air conduction part may change.

摘要: A variable refrigerant package air conditioner is shown that is easy to install in new construction with a unique base that causes collected mixture that overflows to drain outside the building. A control system is shown that has motors and compressor that are pulse width modulated so the air conditioner is infinitely variable while maintaining the highest possible power factor. Dehumidification of outside air occurs as it is mixed with inside air. By gradually approaching a temperature set point and even reheating after dehumidification, moisture is removed from the room. A snorkel that delivers fresh air to be mixed with inside entering air in front of the evaporator for a maximum dehumidification is also shown.
