摘要: A diaphragm pump mechanism is powered by steam generated by an internal heater coil heating the pumped water, which moves the diaphragm and an attached piston to pump water through the pump. The heater coil is turned on-and-off using a switch that is timed to the movement of the pump. The water is pumped through a series of one-way rubber valves and reed valves to prevent a back flow of water. The pressure generated by the steam is released when a reed valve located on the diaphragm makes contact with a pin located on the body of the pump, opening the reed valve and allowing the steam to travel through and to condense. The piston and diaphragm are returned to the starting position when the steam pressure is released by a spring attached to the pump shaft. On the return stroke an accumulator refills the diaphragm chamber with water.

摘要: A diaphragm pump mechanism is powered by steam generated by an internal heater coil heating the pumped water, which moves the diaphragm and an attached piston to pump water through the pump. The heater coil is turned on-and-off using a switch that is timed to the movement of the pump. The water is pumped through a series of one-way rubber valves and reed valves to prevent a back flow of water. The pressure generated by the steam is released when a reed valve located on the diaphragm makes contact with a pin located on the body of the pump, opening the reed valve and allowing the steam to travel through and to condense. The piston and diaphragm are returned to the starting position when the steam pressure is released by a spring attached to the pump shaft. On the return stroke an accumulator refills the diaphragm chamber with water.

The control plunger is supported as in a bearing such as to be mobile with respect to the working plunger, and a catch element and/or a spacer is arranged on said working plunger and/or control plunger, whereby the catch element, upon a motion of the working plunger towards the front side of the internal space, transfers the control plunger into the first position, and whereby the catch element or the spacer, upon a motion of the working plunger towards the rear side of the internal space, transfers the control plunger into the second position.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a pump mechanism driven by differential pressure conditions and method for delivery of materials. In one embodiment, the pump mechanism may be used to deliver treatment chemical to a plunger apparatus or directly to a wellbore by exploiting pressure conditions found at a well. In certain embodiments, the pump mechanism is able to balance high pressure conditions available within a petroleum formation against low pressure conditions present in a common flow line serving the well. In so balancing these pressures, the pump mechanism is able to automatically tune itself to the needs of the well, ensuring continued operation over a wider range of operating conditions. The pump mechanism has the further advantages of lower operation costs and less environmental impact as compared with existing pumps. The pump mechanism can be used in connection with a chemical applicator which can be used to apply chemical into, onto, or below, a plunger or plunger/dispenser apparatus used in plunger lift operations, or to apply chemical directly down the well. It is emphasized that this abstract is provided to comply with the rules requiring an abstract which will allow a searcher or other reader to quickly ascertain the subject matter of the technical disclosure. 摘要: An automatic oil pump that includes a drive chamber having a reciprocal driving device and an oil chamber having a sucking device, located on two sides of a main body. The reciprocal driving device has a piston unit having a valve chamber at its center and a balance valve, pushed by a spring. The drive chamber has grooves on its inside wall. The piston unit has two channels, allowing air to flow into the valve chamber, passing two sides of the piston unit. On the piston unit is a driving rod, the driving rod penetrates into the main body and reaches into the oil chamber. A hermetic cover and a movable piston are attached to an end of the driving rod. On the wall of the piston unit are pluralities of through holes. The reciprocal driving device drives the piston in the oil chamber to move reciprocally, so oil is sucked into and out of the oil chamber continuously. Thereby, oil sucking speed and volume are upgraded to save time and labor, and oil pumping efficiency is enhanced.

摘要: A injection pump includes a needle valve which is disposed in the pump body cap. An air actuator valve is disposed in the pump piston head. The amount of air fed is controlled by the gap between the needle valve and a needle valve seat which is also located in the pump body cap. At the end of the pumping stroke, a spring on the air actuator valve contacts the bottom surface of the body cylinder chamber to cause the air actuator valve to open and release the trapped air from the body cylinder chamber through the air actuator valve so that the air can exit the pump. This action allows the spring around the piston and plunger to release and return the piston and plunger to the starting position.
