摘要: A lift regulator for a variable lift valve gear has a cam contour arranged around an axis of rotation of the lift regulator for deflecting a lift adjustment of the valve gear on rotation of the lift regulator about the axis of rotation. The cam contour has a region deflecting from a resting position, a changeover region, and a region deflecting back to the resting position. A variable lift valve gear and a method for operating the variable lift valve gear are disclosed.

摘要: A continuously variable valve lift system includes a driving swing arm, a camshaft, a valve structure, a middle shaft, an adjusting member and an adjusting swing arm. The driving swing arm, the adjusting member and the adjusting swing arm are sleeved on the middle shaft and are respectively capable of swinging around the middle shaft. The first connecting part, the second connecting part and the third connecting part are arranged sequentially along a circumferential direction of the middle shaft. The second connecting part is located between the first connecting part and the third connecting part, and two sides of the second connecting part abut against the first connecting part and the third connecting part, respectively. The second connecting part abuts against the third connecting part to form a spiral surface therebetween. The adjusting member is further capable of sliding along an axial direction of the middle shaft.

摘要: A valve drive includes a transfer arrangement with an intermediate lever arrangement having a first roller element and an intermediate lever, and a drag lever arrangement having a drag lever. The first roller element is connected to a circumferential contour of a camshaft. The intermediate lever includes a second roller element and a working curve connected to the drag lever. A slotted guide is provided for the intermediate lever arrangement which is engaged by a guide roller element. A torsion spring element with first and second ends engages the intermediate lever arrangement. The first end rests on the cylinder housing portion. The second end acts on a counter bearing rigidly connected with the intermediate lever. The first and second roller element axes are arranged to introduce a force into the intermediate lever which presses the guide roller element against the slotted guide and the first roller element against the camshaft.

The control device controls the valve timing changer to advance the phase of the exhaust valve camshaft with respect to the crankshaft such that the time of closing the exhaust valve is earlier than the time of opening of the intake valve after the top dead center, when the determiner determines that the engine is at the warm-up stage in the low-load operation.

摘要: A mechanically controllable valve-train assembly includes a plurality of gas exchange valves, at least two cylinders assigned to each of the gas exchange valves, and valve-lift adjusting devices which each comprise a rotatable eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft comprises at least one cam element and circumferential control surfaces which comprise at least one eccentric member. The eccentric shaft is driven by a drive device to set various valve-lift positions. A transmission assembly assigned to each of the gas exchange valves is mounted in a cylinder head via a bearing device so as to be movable and is operatively connected to one of the valve-lift adjusting devices and to a camshaft. The at least one cam element is operatively connected to a spring-loaded tappet element and is arranged outside the circumferential control surfaces and at a level of a zero-lift position of the circumferential control surfaces.
