摘要: A remote-controlled demolition robot has improved field of application The demolition robot includes a chassis, a base with a rotatable top, a moveable arm, a working tool, a controller, and a remote-control intended to be impacted by an operator. The demolition robot is arranged to give commands that are registered by the controller for operation of the remote-controlled demolition robot. The demolition robot also includes a broadcaster and an image sensor, which can register first image data and second image data of a scene of surroundings of the demolition robot from at least two different view directions. The broadcaster can communicate with an image display, which is arranged to show, in real time, an image area of the scene to an operator, who can control and operate the demolition robot through indirect viewing.

摘要: Provide a hydraulic circuit that can prevent damage to the oil cooler while suppressing excessive rise in the temperature of the operating oil. The hydraulic circuit includes a control valve that controls supply of operating oil from the hydraulic pump to the work tool; a first return pipeline that connects the control valve with the operating oil tank; an oil cooler disposed in the first return pipeline on a downstream side of a first check valve; a second return conduit that branches from the first return pipeline and extends to the operating oil tank without passing through the oil cooler; a third return pipeline that branches from the pipeline and extends to the first return pipeline between the first check valve and the oil cooler; a solenoid valve disposed in the third return pipeline; an operating device that outputs an operating signal of the work tool; a controller that opens the control valve and the solenoid valve based on the signal output from the operating device; and an operating oil temperature sensor. The controller reduces the amount of operating oil passing through the oil cooler when a temperature detected by the temperature sensor is less than a predetermined value.

摘要: An impact hammer (1) for breaking a working surface (5), the hammer including a drive mechanism (11, 12, 14) and a housing (6) with an inner containment surface (8) and a reciprocating hammer weight (9). A reciprocation cycle of the hammer weight (9) includes an upstroke and a down-stroke, the hammer weight (9) respectively moving upwards and downwards. On the down-stroke the hammer weight (9) impacts a striker pin (4) with a driven end (17) and a working surface impact end (18). A vacuum chamber (22) in the housing is formed by the containment surface (8), upper vacuum sealing (24) coupled to the hammer weight (9) and lower vacuum sealing (25). The hammer weight (9) is driven toward the striker pin (4) by the pressure differential between atmosphere and the vacuum chamber (22) formed on the upstroke. A down-stroke vent (43) permits fluid egress from the vacuum chamber (22) on the down-stroke.

The control unit is further configured to cause the laser generator to produce the first colored light beam when the leveling sensor indicates the hydraulic hammer is in a substantially vertical position and produce the second colored light beam when the leveling sensor indicates the hydraulic hammer is in a substantially non-vertical position.
