Abstract:
The present invention relates to an inorganic-organic hybrid compound as ionic compound, composed of an inorganic cation and of an organic active ingredient anion and also, optionally, of an organic fluorescent dye anion.
Abstract:
This invention relates to monoazo, disazo and trisazo colorants of the formula (I) where M represents two hydrogen atoms or one metal ion selected from the group consisting of Cu, Co, Ni, Mn, Zn and Al; A is the radical of a substituted naphthyl or pyrazolyl radical.
WHEREIN X IS ALKYL, Y IS HYDROGEN, HALOGEN, ALKYL, ALKOXY, OR TRIFLUOROMETHYL, AND Z IS ALKOXY, AMINO, ALKYLAMINO, MORPHOLINO, PIPERDINO OR CYCLOHEXYLAMINO, ARE USEFUL FOR DYEING POLYPROPYLENE CONTAINING NICKEL OR COBALT.
Abstract:
An aqueous coloring composition for textile printing, the aqueous coloring composition being capable of forming an image which exhibits a high color optical density and excellent water resistance; a textile printing method and a kit, using the same; and a fabric, in which an image exhibiting both a high color optical density and excellent water resistance is formed, are provided. The aqueous coloring composition for textile printing includes a colorant and water, in which the molecule of the colorant contains both a chromophoric group and a dissociable group which is in a dissociated state, the chromophoric group and a negative electric charge generated by the dissociation of the dissociable group form a conjugated system, and the number of dissociable groups in the molecule of the colorant is the same as the number of chromophoric groups therein.
Abstract:
A water-soluble dye for a color subtractive, lightfast, wide spectrum ink as follows: ##STR1## wherein: X is ##STR2## R.sub.1 is: an aliphatic radical having from 1 to 18 carbon atoms; the radical ##STR3## in which R.sub.2 is --H, -lower alkyl of 1 to 4 C atoms, -lower alkoxy, -halogen, --NO.sub.2 --CN, --CO.sub.2 H;R.sub.3 is --H, -lower alkyl having 1 to 4 C atoms, -halogen, --CO.sub.2 H;M is H, Li, Na, K, --N(R.sub.4).sub.4 in which R.sub.4 is H, ##STR4## in which R.sub.5 is --H, -lower alkyl, and.sub.n is 1 to 4; and in which one of the --SO.sub.3 M groups on the amino-naphthol radical is positioned meta or para --SO.sub.3 M is meta to the --OH.and the dye in a water and glycol vehicle. A dye set of this dye, Direct Blue 199, and Direct Yellow 132 provides a full color spectrum of bright, lightfast colors.
Abstract:
A photographic material for the production of multicolor images by means of diffusion transfer of complexed silver halide which includes a support having thereon at least three differently spectrally sensitive silver halide emulsion layers that are each sensitive to light of a different additive primary color, associated with each silver halide emulsion layer a silver precipitating layer containing development nuclei and a different dye-releasing compound for producing a subtractive multicolor image, and optionally one or more non-light-sensitive, non dye-releasing water-permeable hydrophilic colloid interlayers. In this material for better color separation the layers are arranged in a special order including the juxtaposition of two of the emulsion layers or separation thereof by layers penetrated by complexed silver halide so that the emulsion layers act as barriers against cross-diffusion.
Abstract:
A process for dyeing or printing materials made from natural or synthetic polyamide, which process comprises treating these materials with a dye liquor or printing paste containing the dye of the formula I ##STR1## wherein R represents hydrogen or a metal cation, as well as water and, optionally, further additives.
