摘要: Provided is a resin composite having high mechanical properties which make the resin composite moldable into and usable as members for use in applications such as vehicle-mounted members and electrical materials. The resin composite comprises 0.5-40 mass % chemically modified, fine cellulose fibers and a resin, wherein the chemically modified, fine cellulose fibers have a pyrolysis initiation temperature (TD) of 270° C. or higher, a number-average fiber diameter of 10 nm or larger but less than 1 μm, and a degree of crystallinity of 60% or higher. In a preferred embodiment, the chemically modified, fine cellulose fibers have a coefficient of variation (CV) in DS unevenness ratio, DSs/DSt, of 50% or less, the DS unevenness ratio being the ratio of the modification degree (DSs) of the surface layers of the fibers to the modification degree (DSt) of the whole of the fibers.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a cellulose acetate composition with excellent biodegradability and water solubility, and excellent thermoformability. A cellulose acetate composition comprising: a cellulose acetate having a degree of acetyl substitution of 0.4 or greater and less than 1.4; and a citrate ester-based plasticizer, wherein a content of the citrate ester-based plasticizer is 3 parts by weight or greater per 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the cellulose acetate and the citrate ester-based plasticizer.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cellulose acetate which can be used to obtain an optical film having a very small amount of bright spot foreign matters, with excellent production efficiency, even when cellulose containing a small amount of hemicellulose components and having a high degree of crystallinity is used as a raw material. A cellulose acetate in which a content ratio by mole of mannose units to a sum of xylose units, mannose units and glucose units, which are sugar chain components, is 0.04 mol % or less, and a filtration index K measured by the following measurement method is 30 mL−1 or less. (Measurement method) The cellulose acetate is dissolved in a mixed solvent containing methylene chloride and methanol at a weight ratio of methylene chloride/methanol of 9/1 to obtain a solution with a solid concentration of 16% by weight. The temperature of the solution is adjusted to 25° C., and the solution is subjected to constant-pressure filtration under a pressure of 3 kg/cm2 using a cloth obtained by stacking three sheets of calico (s 618) (diameter: 15 mm, filtration area: 1.77 cm2). At this time, the filtration index k (mL−1) is calculated from the following expression, where P1 represents the amount of filtration (mL) up to 20 minutes after the start of filtration, and P2 represents the amount of filtration (mL) from 0 to 60 minutes. 摘要: Modified fine cellulose fibers are produced by impregnating a cellulose with a reactive fibrillation solution or mixture containing a catalyst including a base catalyst or an organic acid catalyst, a monobasic carboxylic anhydride, and an aprotic solvent having a donor number of not less than 26 to esterify and chemically fibrillate the cellulose. This method provides a simple efficient process for producing modified fine cellulose fibers that have a diameter from several nano-meters to submicrometers, a large aspect ratio, a high degree of crystallinity, less damage in the shape or crystalline structure of the fine fibers, a large aspect ratio, and an excellent dispersibility in an organic solvent; The catalyst may contain a pyridine compound. The monobasic carboxylic anhydride may be a C2-4aliphatic monocarboxylic anhydride. The resulting modified fine cellulose fibers modified with a monobasic carboxylic anhydride may have a degree of crystallinity of not less than 70%, an average fiber diameter of 20 to 800 nm, and an average fiber length of 1 to 200 μm.

摘要: This invention relates a cellulose solution comprising cellulose and at least one tetraalkylammonium alkylphosphate and processes to produce the cellulose solution. Another aspect of this invention relates to shaped articles prepared from a cellulose solution comprising cellulose and at least one tetraalkylammonium alkylphosphate. Another embodiment of this invention relates to compositions comprising derivatives of cellulose prepared from a cellulose solution comprising at least one tetraalkylammonium alkylphosphate. Another embodiment of this invention relates to compositions comprising regioselectively substituted cellulose esters prepared from a cellulose solution comprising cellulose and at least one tetraalkylammonium alkylphosphate. In another embodiment of the invention, the cellulose esters of the present invention are used as protective and compensation films for liquid crystalline displays.
