摘要: The present disclosure relates to a sheet processing system allowing a user to easily remove a sheet from a sheet pressure bonding unit when a jam occurs. A control method for the sheet processing system includes conveying a sheet, pressurizing, for a predetermined time, a plurality of conveyed sheets by a pressurizing unit, detecting an occurrence of a jam of the conveyed sheet or sheets, and controlling the pressurizing unit to release a pressurized state by the pressurizing unit even if the predetermined time has not elapsed in a case where the occurrence of the jam is detected while the plurality of sheets is being pressurized.

摘要: A stacked sheet detection device includes a shaft, at least one first rotor, a second rotor, and a detection sensor. The shaft includes a plurality of attached portions that are formed in alignment along a width direction perpendicular to a discharge direction of sheets. The first rotor is attachable to any one of the plurality of attached portions. The first rotor includes a fitting portion and an arm portion. The fitting portion is configured to be fitted with one of the attached portions. The arm portion is formed to extend from the fitting portion toward the discharge tray and configured to abut on the sheets stacked on the discharge tray. The first rotor is selectively attachable to any one of the plurality of attached portions. The detection sensor is configured to detect that the second rotor rotates in the predetermined rotation direction beyond a predetermined first detection position.

摘要: Provided is an image-forming device with which it is possible to achieve a smaller size while suppressing a reduction in visibility or operability of an operation panel. In this image-forming device, paper sheets are discharged from the rear side of the device toward the front side of the device, and the image formation device is provided with: a paper-sheet-loading unit in which the paper sheets are loaded; an operation panel disposed on the downstream-side end in the paper sheet discharge direction of the paper-sheet-loading unit, at least a part of the operation panel being disposed in a loading region of the paper-sheet-loading unit; and a protruding part disposed to the side of the operation panel in the loading region, the protruding part protruding upward from the top surface of the paper-sheet-loading unit, and extending in the paper sheet discharge direction.

摘要: A bundle of printing media by eco-stapling often has a smaller thickness than a bundle of printing media by needle stapling by the thickness corresponding to an amount of used staples, although they have the same number of printing media, and there is room capable of stacking bundles in many cases in the eco-stapling. According to an embodiment, when a printing medium that has undergone an image forming process is taken in, stapling processing is performed on the printing medium, and then the printing medium is discharged to the tray, the following process is performed. That is, when the process is performed in accordance with instructed stapling processing, and the printing medium that has undergone the process is discharged outside the apparatus, the amount of printing media stacked on the tray is controlled in accordance with instructed stapling processing.

摘要: When a discharge count has exceeded a specified number of sheets, a sheet discharge device executes a process of moving down a discharge tray by a specified quantity and thereafter moving up the discharge tray until a top-surface detection part outputs a top-surface detection signal, while clocking a move-up time lasting from a move-up start of the discharge tray until output of the top-surface detection signal by the top-surface detection part. When the move-up time is equal to or less than a reference time, the sheet discharge device makes a next sheet discharged while the top-surface detection part outputs the top-surface detection signal; on the other hand, when the move-up time is more than the reference time, the sheet discharge device executes a correction process of moving down the discharge tray before making the next sheet discharged.
