摘要: A reject storage box is provided with a sufficiently thick cover body above a second storage space that stores banknote bundles W that a user has forgotten to take, and a guide space is provided penetrating the cover body in an oblique direction. In the reject storage box, when a banknote bundle falls into an intake hole from above, a lower face of the banknote bundle immediately contacts a position toward the top of a main guide face, and the banknote bundle W travels downward through the guide space with the lower face of the banknote bundle W sliding against the main guide face. The reject storage box thereby enables the banknote bundle dropping downward through the guide space to be maintained in a substantially uniform orientation, and ultimately enables the banknote bundle to be stacked neatly inside the second storage space.

摘要: In order to produce final printed products (14) in the same compartment (12), a first product for insertion (22) is inserted into a first folded printed product (10), and a second product for insertion (28) is inserted into a second folded printed product (24). The printed products (10, 24) are displaced in the direction of the folds (16), and as a result each of the printed products (10, 24) has an edge section (26) projecting beyond the other printed product. This permits fault-free, simple access to each of the printed products (10, 24) by grippers (44, 46) respectively positioned adjacent the end regions of each of the compartments and which are configured to open the products for insertion (22, 28).

摘要: A winder for winding a web to produce a rolled product is provided. The winder includes a web transport apparatus that is used for conveying the web. Also included in one exemplary embodiment is a plurality of independent winding modules. The winding modules are independently positioned to independently engage the web as the web is conveyed by the web transport apparatus. The winding modules may be configured to wind the web to form a rolled product by center winding, surface winding, and combinations of center and surface winding. The winding modules are structurally and operationally independent of one another where if one module is disabled, another may still operate to produce the rolled product without shutting down the winder.

摘要: A method and a device (09) for cutting and folding a fabric section (34) from a continuous material sheeting (01) for producing multilayer casings, in particular pillowcases, having a first gripper (25) that secures and pulls off the front edge (31) of the material sheeting (01) by a first partial amount. A second gripper (26) secures the material sheeting (01) behind the front edge (31) to form a folded edge (33), which can be pulled off by a second partial amount, and at the same time, folded together in multiple layers by movement of the second gripper (26) combined with resetting of the first gripper (25), and a cutting device (27) cuts the material sheeting (01) to form the fabric section (34) the length of which between the front edge (31) and the rear edge (36) corresponds to the sum of the first and second partial amounts.

摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus for picking out laundry articles from a pile of laundry articles that are arranged in a transportable container that is upwardly open and has a downwardly configured bottom, from where lateral ledges extend upwards to the container opening, which apparatus comprises a frame on which a pull gripper is configured, and means for conveying the pull gripper down into the container opening to a lower position with a view to seizing one or more laundry articles, and subsequently to convey the pull gripper upwards above the container opening with a view to letting go of the seized laundry articles, and wherein the apparatus further comprises means for moving the pile of laundry articles located in the container in a direction towards the lower position of the pull gripper. The invention is characterised in that the means for moving the pile of laundry articles comprise means for positioning the container in relation to the lower position of the pull gripper, and means for lifting the one side of the container in such a manner that the container bottom and at least one of the lateral ledges of the container form a pair of side faces that inclined relative to the horizontal and converge to meet essentially vertically underneath the lower position of the pull gripper and thereby allow laundry articles in the container to successively slide underneath the pull gripper in pace with the pull gripper picking out laundry articles from the pile of laundry articles.

摘要: Disclosed are a glass panel packaging box and a de-packaging method thereof. The glass panel packaging box includes a box body and a cushioning separator plate arranged in the box body. The cushioning separator plate is arranged between two glass panels. The cushioning separator plate includes a main body corresponding to the glass panels and lugs respectively extending from two opposite side edges of the main body. The box body includes a bottom board and side boards perpendicularly connected to the bottom board. The side boards include receiving slots that correspond to the lugs. The glass panel packaging box and the de-packaging method thereof provide lugs on the cushioning separator plate to make separation of the cushioning separator plate and the glass panel easy so as to increase working efficiency and allow reduction of the thickness of the cushioning separator plate used with a large-sized glass panel.
