Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel crystalline modifications of pyraclostrobin, to processes for their preparation and to the use of the novel modifications for preparing crop protection compositions.
Abstract:
An essentially anhydrous dithiocarbamate liquid formulation comprises: a) 10 to 70% by weight of at least one active ingredient from the class of the dithiocarbamates, b) 10 to 89% by weight of an essentially anhydrous oil phase, c) 1 to 40% by weight of a polyhydroxystearic acid or a derivative thereof and/or an alkyl or alkenyl glycerin ether ethoxylate, d) 0 to 40% by weight of at least one anionic surfactant.
Abstract:
A mixture consisting essentially of:a) one or more dicarboxylic acid esters of the formula IROOC--A--COOR (I) in which the radicals R independently of one another are alkyl groups having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and A is alkylene having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, alkenylene or alkynylene each having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, cycloalkylidene or cycloalkenylidene each having 5 or 6 carbon atoms or phenyleneandb) the product (II) of the reaction of a triglyceride based on carboxylic acids having 2 to 30 carbon atoms and ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide in the presence of a base, which is useful for the production of crop protection compositions, for herbicidal crop protection compositions, and for controlling undesired plant growth, and spray mixtures comprising the compositions.
Abstract:
Diphenyl ethers of the formula ##STR1## where Z.sup.1, Z.sup.2, and Z.sup.3 and R have the meanings given in the description, are used for controlling undesirable plant growth.
Abstract:
New 4-nitro-2-trichloromethylphenylsulfenamides having a fungicidal and bactericidal action, processes for their manufacture, fungicides containing these compounds as active ingredients, and a process for combating fungi with these compounds.
Abstract:
Monoclinic 2-chloro-N-(4′-chlorobiphenyl-2-yl)nicotinamide melting at 147-148° C. and of the formula I and a process for the preparation thereof.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a device for detecting fumigants in air samples. The device can be designed for example as a portable analyzer 10 equipped with a stab probe 11 for sampling soil air. There are provided detection means 16 which, upon contact with the air sample, generate electrical signals which depend on the concentration of the fumigants to be detected in the air sample. In accordance with the invention, the detection means 16 comprise at least one mass-sensitive sensor, for example an array of quartz microbalances, which have suitable selective surface layers.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the use of specific quaternized bioregulatory active ingredients in combination with triazole derivatives, in particular metconazole or an agriculturally utilizable salt thereof. Corresponding compositions are likewise described.

Abstract:
The invention provides novel mixtures of quaternary ammonium salts having plant growth-regulating properties. The salts, as well as other active ingredients used to regulate plant growth, are dissolved in solvents having either formula II(a) or II(b), as depicted below: or wherein “R” is Hydrogen or a C1-C18 alkyl, “n” is 0, 1,2 or 3, “A” is a C1-C6 alkene or a C1-C6 oxyalkylene, “m” is 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, and “B” is a straight-chain or branched C2-C8 alkylene.
