    摘要： A hinge-lid container comprises a resealable package of consumer goods, the package having an opening through which consumer goods can be removed; and a self-adhesive reclosable sticker covering the opening of the package and extending beyond the periphery of the opening of the package. The sticker comprises a first and a second layer of labelling web material. The first layer is affixed to the package by a first adhesive provided on the inner surface of the first layer extending about at least a sealing portion of the package at the periphery of the opening. The first layer comprises a cut-out aligned with the opening of the package. The second layer is at least partially releasably affixed to the first layer by a second adhesive provided on a first area of the inner surface of the second layer extending about at least the lower periphery of the cut-out of the first layer. The second adhesive is a removable adhesive and a peel strength for peeling the first layer from the package is greater than a peel strength for peeling the second layer from the first layer. The second layer of the self-adhesive reclosable sticker is permanently affixed to the inner surface of the lid.

A dispensing opening is formed in the lid.

The lid member is provided with tearable portions to facilitate separation. The other component of the ensemble is a cup member formed of a polymeric material defining a plurality of cups which are integrally formed and also separably joined to each other, the cups including a bottom, a sidewall, and a brim about an upper opening of each cup. Each cup has a skirt extending outwardly from its brim provided with tearable portions to facilitate separation. The sealing channels of the lids of the lid member are adapted to mate with the brims of the cups to provide a plurality of separably joined sealed containers when the lid member and cup member are joined in sealing engagement; the ensemble being thereby adapted for sequentially: (i) receiving serving portions of food in a plurality of cups; (ii) lidding the cups to provide sealed containers containing individual portions; (iii) separating the sealed containers; and (iv) distributing the portions.

The cover has a lower rim wall (44) with a plurality of radially inward cover projections (50) spaced about the container axis (20), and the base has a base rim wall (32) with a plurality of recesses (52) with undercut grooves (60) that each receives a cover projection to hold the cover closed on the base. The bottom surface (86) of the cover projections and the top surface (80) of the base rim wall are beveled, so the cover can be installed by forcefully pushing it down, at any rotational position of the cover on the base. The cover then can be easily removed by turning it, with the cover projections moving along undercut base grooves (60), until the cover projections reach vertical passages (54) through which the projections can be easily lifted. The base has a handle (90) to prevent the base from turning, comprising a sheet-like tab that projects radially outward under the cover and that forms upstanding shoulders (94, 96).
