Abstract:
A single sheet unitary molded plastic pallet has nine open top molded plastic leg structures extending to a common floor plane wherein the leg structures are arranged in three columns and three rows and include a center leg structure. The pallet also has connector structures arranged between the leg structures and having corner ribs extending therefrom to the leg structures so as to provide a floor plane which is substantially continuous in all directions, and a load plane which is substantially continuous in all directions. The side surfaces of the connector structures having opening for forklift tangs. The pallet has a continuous peripheral lip which can accept an elasticized load cover.
Abstract:
A pallet moulded from plastics material for supporting a flexible intermediate bulk container. It has a generally planar central panel portion, a pair of parallel inverted open channels extending across the pallet to form a respective pair of open-ended tunnels each tunnel having an upper wall and two side walls, and a pair of edge panel portions generally co-planar with the central panel. An array of raised elongate hump portions bulges upwards from the upper walls of the tunnels, each hump portion extending laterally across an upper wall. The two ends of the hump portions abut respective buttresses which extend up the side walls.
Abstract:
The structure comprises two saddles (15) connected to each other, each of which is shaped in such a way as to form, at one side, two seats, on which two flanked barriques rest, and to form at the opposite side at least an-intermediate seat for resting on a barrique. The saddles form two housings (20) for the forks of a lifting means.
Abstract:
A pallet system includes a pallet body. The pallet body is formed from a first, independently formed first portion and a second blow molded second upper portion insert molded to the first portion. The pallet body may have two to eight recesses for forklift truck fork access. The second upper portion has a generally rectangular surface for carrying loads. The portions may have anti-skid properties, for example, a knurled topside surface or rubber coated bottom. At least one foot is attached to the second upper portion by insert molding. At least one runner may be attached to each foot to form part of the first portion. At least one stringer is attached to each runner to add further stability to the pallet. The runners and feet have channels or protruding members to effectively mate with the second upper portion. The system may also have top cap and tie members to affix the cap to one or more pallet bodies as well as high-friction inserts to permit the pallet from sliding on a surface or objects from sliding on the pallet.

Abstract:
A pallet including an annular leg concentrically formed in the pallet and a coiled edge extending around the entire periphery thereof. The pallet is formed out of sheet metal by repeated draw operations whereby the central portion of the pallet is first formed and then the central configuration is held by tightly gripping dies while the outer portions of the pallet are formed progressively. The outer edge portion of the pallet is coiled around the complete periphery thereof by a die arrangement which captures the coil in a closed container and retains it as it is being formed. The outer edge portion of the pallet is first formed in the shape of a flange extending perpendicularly of the central portion of the pallet. Recessed dies are then closed about the flange and a set of centrally located holding dies, which grip the pallet, are moved relative to the recessed dies causing one of the recessed dies to wipe one of the holding dies and causing the outer edge portion of the pallet to be coiled in the closed space between the recessed dies.
Abstract:
The invention provides a stabilized load tray for supporting a load stack, the stabilized load tray comprising: a horizontal floor; vertical side walls connected to the floor; a top connected to the side walls; and a deployable lip connected to the top, wherein the deployable lip can be folded from a substantially horizontal position to a substantially vertical position adjacent the load stack.

Abstract:
A rectangular thin panel conveyance unit that prevents damage of a plurality of rectangular thin panels while conveying the plurality of rectangular thin panels that are stacked so as not to contact one another. A rectangular thin panel conveyance unit includes a plurality of sets of four corner modules, and vibration suppressing bodies for rectangular thin panels in a fixed shape. The corner module has a support surface to support each corner portion of the rectangular thin panel from a lower side. At each corner portion, stacking the corner modules in a columnar shape in the vertical direction stacks a plurality of rectangular thin panels in the vertical direction. At this time, the vibration suppressing body has the thickness that is equal to or less than the distance between the support surfaces of the corner modules adjacent to one another in the vertical direction. The vibration suppressing bodies are disposed on each of a top surface and an inferior surface of the rectangular thin panel such that the vibration suppressing body faces a planar portion of each rectangular thin panel to restrict amplitude of vibration of the rectangular thin panel in the vertical direction, which is caused by conveyance of the plurality of stacked rectangular thin panels, within a predetermined range. The vibration suppressing body has a contact portion for the planar portion of the rectangular thin panel.
Abstract:
A pallet includes a deck and a frame coupled to the deck to support the deck. The frame includes four sides and each side is formed to include a pair of apertures that are configured to receive a pair of forks included in a fork truck therein.
