摘要: A fin sealer and method to seal a radially outwardly directed fin of a tubular web structure by directing the fin through a nip between a first and a second fin sealing rollers while communicating heat to the fin through at least one of the fin sealing rollers is provided. The fin sealer is configured to maintain a nominal face-to-face relation between an outer annulus of the first fin sealing roller and an outer annulus of the second fin sealing roller with a flexible connection between a hub element of the second fin sealing roller with the outer annulus of the second fin sealing roller.

The enclosure defines an access passage to the inner space and at least one wall for closing the access passage, the closure wall and the access passage being movable the one relative to the other between an open configuration of the access passage which the closure wall is able to occupy in a rest position of the decontamination member and a closed configuration of the access passage which the closure wall occupies in the decontamination position of the decontamination member.

摘要: Processing raw data stored in an historian device for determining an amount of products passed through a process element in a process control environment is described. A count value is incremented by a counter at a rate at which products pass through the process element. The count value rolls over to zero when the count value reaches a rollover value R. An historian device periodically receives count value data points from the counter. A deadband value D is set in the historian device for distinguishing between rollovers, resets, and reversals. A client device queries the historian device for an amount of products passed through the process element for a timeframe. The historian device selects a set of count value data points from within the queried timeframe. The historian device determines, based on the selected data points and their quality, an amount of products passed through the process element.

摘要: A system for providing a web of inflated containers includes a conveyance system, a detachment arm, and a controller. The conveyance system has an operative mode in which the web is advanced along a path of travel by counter-rotating members having a nip through which at least a portion of the web passes and (ii) an idle mode. The detachment arm is positioned beside the path of travel downstream from the conveyance system. The detachment arm has a separator end to engage the web in the path of travel. The controller is programmed to operatively control the conveyance system to move to: (i) the operative mode to advance the web by a predetermined number of containers and (ii) the idle mode in which a transverse detachment line of the web is aligned with the separator end of the detachment arm.

摘要: A packaging section of a tablet packaging device includes: a placement base of a tray; a drawer storing the placement bas; a carrier provided with compartments corresponding to the storage concave portions of the tray; a drive device of the carrier; a shutter opening/closing; a bottom of the carrier; and an opening/closing device of the shutter. The drive device performs a step of defining a tablet discharge position on the tray as an original position and returning to the original position through a tablet reception start position and a tablet reception end position which are set below a discharge opening. A step of sequentially moving each compartment of the carrier below the discharge opening from the tablet reception start position to the tablet reception end position during the step to receive one tray of tablets is performed. When the carrier returns to the discharge position, the shutter is opened.

摘要: A medicine counting device including a rotary container broadening radially in an upward direction and configured to rotate around an axis of the rotary container; a guide member fixed with a predetermined gap on a top surface side of the rotary container, spirally extending from the central portion towards an outer circumference of the rotary container, and configured to guide a medicine moved by a rotation of the rotary container from the central portion towards the outer circumference of the rotary container. The medicine counting device further includes a detector provided outside of the rotary container and a regulator configured to feed a medicine having been moved to the outer circumference and being in contact with the guide member towards the detector but returns the medicines which are not being in contact with the guide member to the central portion side of the rotary container by overpassing the guide member.

Each fall duct includes a first part and a second part detachably connected together.

摘要: A stacking device suitable to pack multi-layer packets composed of a specific number of groups of disposable wipes includes: a tamper provided with an alternating vertical translation movement; a supporting surface of the groups having two guides separated by an empty space of lesser width than that of the groups, inside which the groups pass under the thrust of the tamper; at least a belt to drive and convey the groups; a lowerator member for receiving the groups stacked in packets, to transfer them to a secondary collection belt for conveying the packets to a packaging line, wherein each guide includes a fixed part and a moving part, each moving part being connected to elements suitable to generate an alternating horizontal translation movement, synchronized with the alternating vertical translation movement of the tamper, so as to increase the empty space during passage of the groups.
