摘要: A plastic bag opening device, which opens an inlet of a plastic bag having a pocket shape, includes an elevating member that lifts the plastic bag in a state in which a first surface of the plastic bag is adhered; and an air blower that injects air toward the inlet of the plastic bag adhered to the elevating member so that the inlet of the plastic bag is opened. Accordingly, the inlet of the plastic bag may be completely opened.

摘要: A system for alignment of big bags prior to product filling. The system includes a first alignment arrangement configured to rotate an inflated big bag. The first alignment arrangement including a first drive configured to operate a first rotation part, a counter hold, and a displacement arrangement for displacing the first alignment arrangement and/or the counter hold relative to a big bag.
The system may include a sensor arrangement configured to detect a rotational orientation of the inflated big bag and adapted to provide a sensor output based thereon, and a controller configured to receive the sensor output and control the first drive to rotate the inflated big bag based on the sensor output.
A method of alignment of big bags prior to product filling, a computer program configured for executing acts of the method and a computer readable medium for storing the computer program.-

摘要: Implementations of the present invention extend to sanitary systems, methods, and devices configured to package food items with an even coating of an accurate amount of sanitizing agent, such as an antimicrobial agent. In one implementation, an exemplary system comprises a combination of air nozzles, anti-bacterial spray nozzles or spray headers, metering valves, and timers to achieve uniform distribution of an antimicrobial solution into a product package, and subsequently provide a uniform distribution of the antimicrobial solution to the food item.

The first and second container preparation systems are configured to dispense first and second containers, respectively, for receiving the product from the product metering device. The first and second container preparation systems include first and second severed container material transporting devices, respectively, operable to transport the first and second containers, respectively, from the first and second container preparation systems, respectively, to the product metering device. The controller simultaneously controls (i) one of the first container preparation system and the second container preparation system to prepare one of the first container and the second container, and (ii) the product metering device to dispense the product into the other of the first container and the second container.

The methods involve forming a partially completed container blank that may have four layers of flexible materials. The partially completed container blank may be opened by separating a portion of the first layer from a portion of the second layer by bending portions of the second, third, and fourth layers toward a first direction; and dosing the partially completed container blank, by adding an expansion material out of a dispenser and into a space disposed between a portion of the first layer and a portion of the second layer.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for forming and filling spout film bags which are transferred, by means of a transfer wheel that comprises blowing nozzles, to a filler arranged downstream of the transfer wheel, wherein in each case one blowing nozzle is placed on the spout upper edge of the spout of a spout film bag and then a defined pressure pulse is introduced into the interior of the spout film bag through the spout by means of the blowing nozzle to form the spout film bag. Furthermore, the invention relates to a device for forming and filling spout film bags and for carrying out the method, wherein the device comprises a transfer wheel having a plurality of receiving stations and blowing nozzles assigned to the receiving stations, said blowing nozzles being able to be placed on the spout upper edges of the spouts in order to introduce a defined pressure pulse, and a filler, arranged downstream of the transfer wheel, for filling the formed spout film bags.
