摘要: Medicine packaging apparatuses and methods for accurately determining a remaining sheet amount of a medicine packaging sheet are described. The apparatus includes: a roll support section to which a core tube of a medicine packaging sheet roll is attached; a sensor disposed in the roll support section for outputting a count value according to a rotation amount; a wireless reader-writer unit for writing information to a core tube IC tag and reading said information; an information generation section for generating information to be written to the core tube IC tag; a remaining sheet amount estimation section for estimating a current amount of remaining sheet based on the information and dimensional information of the core tube; and a controller which selectively performs an operation if a reference time-point count value is not yet written to the core tube IC tag and another operation if the count value is already written thereto.

摘要: Providing a packaging apparatus that can inhibit a reduction in printing quality with respect to a film. A packaging apparatus 1 includes: a film conveyance device 100 that conveys a film F; a moving mechanism that conveys a container C having an opening; a sealing device 40 that seals, with the film conveyed thereto by the film conveyance device, the opening of the container conveyed thereto by the moving mechanism; a printer 140 that is disposed upstream of the sealing device in a conveyance path of the film and prints information in a predetermined position on the film while being conveyed; and a controller that controls the operation of the film conveyance device. The film conveyance device has the accumulation mechanism 120. The accumulation mechanism is disposed between the printer and the sealing device in the conveyance path of the film and temporarily accumulates the film printed with the information. The controller controls the film conveyance device so that the accumulation mechanism accumulates at least the film that is utilized for one packaging operation in the sealing device.

摘要: A loading device is provided for portioning food products into trays, including a feeder belt for receiving and conveying food products into a transfer zone; a conveyor belt for conveying the trays in conveying direction into a loading zone below the transfer zone; and a portioning unit for portioning the food products into the trays. The portioning unit has a first and a second constraining mechanism which are configured to be driven, in each case parallel to the conveying direction and orthogonally to the conveying direction, so as to come sequentially into contact with a tray being moved into the loading zone, in such a way that the movement of the tray is constrained at at least one position in the loading zone. A portioning unit and a method of operating a loading device are also provided.

One or more variable values are received, which indicate measurements by the food packaging machine of one or more physical parameters in one or more of the sub-systems, the one or more physical parameters affecting tube orientation. One or more control parameter values are determined for one or more of the sub-systems, by processing the received variable values using a reinforcement learning model and a local control model. One or more control parameters of the one or more sub-systems are adjusted in accordance with the determined control parameter values.
