Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention include a swim fin, including a swivel motion thruster, a tailfin coupled with the swivel motion thruster, a spine rod hingeably coupled via a first hinged coupling with the swivel motion thruster at a first end of the spine rod, a first foot pocket coupled with the swivel motion thruster on one side of the first hinged coupling and a second foot pocket coupled with the swivel motion thruster on an opposite side of the first hinged coupling such that movement of the first foot pocket toward the tailfin results in an arcuate motion of the tailfin about the first hinged coupling away from the first foot pocket, and a belt coupled with a second end of the spine rod opposite the first end, wherein the belt is configured to frictionally fit to a human body.

Abstract: The aquatic propulsion proposed uses oscillating blades provided with independent, mutually parallel vertical shafts affixed, at the upper end thereof, to a single horizontal oar of planar profile. The blades or fins being of different length on the basis of the distance between the fastening point of the actual oscillation shaft thereof and the shaft on which the oar rocks. Propulsion is achieved when the user applies a force in traction or thrust on any of the two grips provided at either end of the handlebars, or in opposite directions on both at one and the same time. The movement is transmitted to the rotary shaft and then to the profile section on which the fins are arranged, which causes the fins to move transversely and alternately in both directions, causing displacement of the water and the propulsion of the swimmer or floating object or vehicle, in the intended direction.

Abstract: A system and method for increasing the velocity of an animal on a mechanical device using gravity and natural animal movement. According to a preferred embodiment, there may be a frame; six wheels rotatably attached to the frame; four foot links coupled to four of the six wheels; four foot supports connected to at least one foot link; and a coupling system in rotational communication with at least one foot link to translate the stepping motion of a horse into angular momentum. The coupling system may have at least one gear connected, by a chain, to another at least one smaller sized gear to increase the velocity. Different sized gears may be used to control the speed of the vehicle.

Abstract: A jewelry display includes a ferromagnetic planar substrate and a bracket attached to a wall. The bracket has a wall engagement surface along an inner surface and a ferromagnetic planar substrate engagement surface along an outer surface. A non-slip covering attached to the ferromagnetic planar substrate engagement surface abuts the back surface of the ferromagnetic planar substrate. At least one bracket magnet is attached to the bracket. The back surface of the ferromagnetic planar substrate is configured to removably attach to the bracket due to the magnetic force of the at least one bracket magnet attracting the ferromagnetic planar substrate and a frictional force between the non-slip covering and the back surface of the ferromagnetic planar substrate. A plurality of jewelry fixtures are removably attached to the front surface of the ferromagnetic planar substrate, each jewelry fixture having at least one permanent fixture magnet and a jewelry holding structure.

Abstract: A personal watercraft includes a floatation member, a thrust assembly, a steering assembly, and a braking assembly. The assemblies may be actuated either mechanically or electrically. The thrust assembly is human powered, solar powered, or electric powered. The thrust, steering, and braking assemblies can be added after-market to an existing stand-up paddle board (SUP), or built into one or a plurality of SUPs during initial manufacturing. When the thrust assembly is human powered, it is leg or arm powered. When the thrust assembly is leg powered, the legs can move backward and forward in a sliding motion, up and down in a stomping fashion, or move in a loop trajectory. When the thrust assembly is arm powered, the arms can move forward/backward together or separately. The thrust assembly includes one or a plurality of paddles or flippers that are positioned to the side or under the SUP.
