摘要: A motorized wheel assembly is provided herein. The motorized wheel assembly comprises an in-hub motor comprising a stator and a rotor. A shaft is connected to the stator of the in-hub motor. The motorized wheel assembly further comprises a hub, attached to and configured to rotate with the rotor. The hub is disposed about the shaft and the in-hub brake system. The wheel assembly further includes a tire disposed about the hub. The motorized wheel assembly further comprise an in-hub brake system positioned about the shaft. The in-hub brake system comprises a biasing system, an actuator plate, a brake plate, and a brake pad system. The biasing system is configured to bias the actuator plate to the engaged position to cause the brake pad system to apply a force to the brake plate to prevent rotation of the hub and the tire.

摘要: An electric wheel hub, comprising a wheel hub (1) and an inner ring gear (2). The inner ring gear and the wheel hub are fixed coaxially and rotate synchronously. A drive motor is provided within an inner cavity of the wheel hub. A motor shaft of the drive motor has one end fitting to the inner ring gear via a planetary reduction mechanism, and the other end provided with an electromagnetic braking mechanism. The wheel hub of the present invention has advantages of reducing the weight of a drive wheel, lowering manufacturing costs, etc. Also disclosed is a drive wheel.

摘要: An electromagnetic active brake which is de-energized in the brake standby state, including—a brake body (1),—a brake device with at least two opposing brake shoes (9, 12) which are spaced from a component to be braked in the de-energized state of the active brake,—and an electromagnet (5) which is arranged in the brake body (1) and the armature (6) of which interacts with a brake lever (2). The armature (6) of the electromagnet (5) is rigidly connected to a spring compressor (3) which is guided in the brake body (1) and which is moved by the armature (6) in the axial direction of the armature (6) when the electromagnet (5) is energized and in this manner clamps a spring (16) against an abutment (20) that interacts with the brake lever (2) and is arranged in an axially adjustable manner in the direction of the path of the spring compressor (3). The active brake according to the invention is highly energy-saving and thus economical.

The operating voltage is supplied from a higher-level control system disposed separately from the motor and the holding brake. The circuit arrangement is disposed in or on the motor or in or on the holding brake and includes a voltage regulator adapted to regulate, independently of the operating voltage, the reduced voltage to a fixed value after the holding brake is released.

摘要: An electromagnetically operated powertrain system is provided. The system includes a plurality of cylinder assemblies arranged in parallel at least partially along a vehicle. Each of the cylinder assemblies may include one or more cylinders, one or more electromagnetic devices secured to at least one of the ends of each cylinder, one or more pistons reciprocatingly received in the cylinders, and a piston rod coupled to the pistons. Each of the pistons includes a permanent magnet that creates a magnetic field interacting with an electromagnetic field generated by each of the electromagnetic devices. A pulling and/or pushing force may be selectively generated by the magnetic field and the electromagnetic field to enable the pistons to reciprocate within the cylinders. A crankshaft is coupled to the piston rods of the plurality of cylinder assemblies and directly coupled to at least one of front and rear axles of a vehicle.
