摘要: The invention relates to a device for energy distribution in a fuel cell system having at least one fuel cell stack and a high-voltage battery, having electrical terminals for the fuel cell stack and the high-voltage battery, and having at least one communication interface, having a converter, a battery circuit breaker for disconnecting the high-voltage battery and the fuel cell stack, and having an emergency shutdown device for connecting the poles of the fuel cell stack, wherein the battery circuit breaker is arranged between the converter and the high-voltage battery. The device according to the invention is characterized in that an EMC filter is provided and that the battery circuit breaker is configured to disconnect both electrical poles of the connection.

摘要: An apparatus of controlling a multi-module fuel cell system, a system including the same, and a method thereof are provided. A first controller individually monitors at least one of an amount of accumulated power or an accumulated driving time of one or more fuel cell stacks and a second controller is configured to control power of each of the one or more, based on the amount of monitored individual accumulated power or the monitored individual accumulated driving time of the one or more fuel cell stacks depending on required power. Stack durability is ensured by controlling distribution of the fuel cell stacks.

摘要: A system and method for diagnosing a fuel cell stack are provided. The method includes determining, by a controller, a time at which diagnosing the fuel cell stack is required based on a plurality of factors and driving a motor adjusted to a first efficiency value for a predetermined first reference time period based on the diagnosis determination. In addition, the controller is configured to drive the motor adjusted to a second efficiency value when the first reference time period has elapsed. A state of the fuel cell stack is then diagnosed based on a voltage variance of the fuel cell stack between driving the motor adjusted to the first efficiency value and second efficiency value.

摘要: An electrical storage system includes a relay switching between an on state where an electrical storage device (10) is connected to a load and an off state where connection of the electrical storage device with the load is interrupted; a controller controlling an on-off state of the relay; and a current interruption circuit (60) interrupting energization of the electrical storage device. The current interruption circuit includes an alarm circuit (63) outputting an alarm signal indicating that any one electrical storage block is in an overcharged state by comparing a voltage value of each electrical storage block with a threshold; a latch circuit (64) retaining the alarm signal; a transistor (66) causing the relay to switch from the on state to the off state upon reception of an output signal of the latch circuit; and a power supply circuit (63d) generating electric power for operating the latch circuit using electric power of the electrical storage device.

摘要: A device for detecting leakage of gas of a fuel cell vehicle includes a gas sensor configured to determine whether gas leaks based on a change in a temperature by a catalyst reaction and a vehicle control unit including a comparator configured to read a variation in temperature from the gas sensor, and configured to control a fuel cell vehicle. A power application state is maintained in the comparator in a power off state of the fuel cell vehicle. Power of the gas sensor is switched at regular periodic intervals. The comparator determines the variation in temperature measured by the gas sensor, and, when the variation in temperature exceeds a predetermined value, the power of the gas sensor is switched to normal power.

The apparatus includes battery, fuel gas reservoir unit, fuel lid, open/close detection unit for detecting open/close state of fuel lid, fuel gas condition detection unit for detecting pressure and/or temperature being condition of fuel gas reserved in the fuel gas reservoir unit, communication unit for communication with fuel gas supply device, and control unit for, upon reception of signal notifying that fuel lid is in open state from open/close detection unit, performing dispensing communication to notify the fuel gas supply device, via communication unit, of condition of fuel gas having been input from fuel gas condition detection unit. The control unit stops dispensing communication when control unit has determined, according to signal received from open/close detection unit that predetermined time has elapsed with the fuel lid remaining in open state after starting dispensing communication.

摘要: A voltage synchronization method and system are provided. The system includes a main controller that is configured to determine whether voltage synchronization is possible. When the voltage synchronization is determined to be possible, the main controller is configured to transmit a voltage synchronization command to a plurality of auxiliary controllers. The plurality of auxiliary controllers are configured to adjust sensed voltages based on an output voltage of a fuel cell stack when the transmitted voltage synchronization command is received.
