    摘要: Disclosed is a linear synchronous motor comprising an elongate stator extending in a longitudinal direction and having a plurality of coil windings, and a runner having a multiplicity of successive magnets disposed along the length thereof the longitudinal direction. The elongate stator has a plurality of elongate-stator segments arranged successively in the longitudinal direction, with each elongate-stator segment separated from the next successive elongate-stator segment by a gap. A total section length of one elongate-stator segment and an adjacent gap is a constant value over a plurality of successive elongate-stator segments, wherein a runner length measured in the longitudinal direction across all magnets successively disposed on the runner, is an integer multiple of the total section length.

    摘要: A method for producing, especially configuring, a system is provided, including a contact wire and an apparatus, and device for carrying out the method. The apparatus is able to be supplied with energy with the aid of the contact wire, and information is transmittable from and/or receivable by the apparatus via the contact wire. The contact wire has at least a first, second, fourth and fifth contact conductor that are connected to one respective connector element of the apparatus. The first and second contact conductors have one respective phase of the AC voltage supplying the apparatus. The fourth contact conductor is provided for transmitting information and the fifth contact conductor is provided for receiving information. One of the phases, thus especially the phase acting as signaling phase, is connected electrically to a first connector element, in particular, the first connector element is provided with a corresponding marking or identification when producing the apparatus. A controllable switch, particularly a semiconductor switch, of the apparatus electrically connects the first connector element for periods of time to the connector element connected to the fourth contact conductor, or breaks this connection.

    摘要: In a system of charging a transport vehicle electric storage device immediately, transport vehicles under control of a ground controller and travelling using an electric storage device as a power source travel along a predetermined travelling route. Chargers including a rectifier rectifying alternating current into direct current, an electric storage device in the charger charged by the rectifier, and a charging coupler charging the electric storage device in the transport vehicle are disposed in locations along the travelling route. The vehicle includes a unit that report a position and residual capacity of the electric storage device to the ground controller, and the ground controller includes a charging management unit that selects a transport vehicle in accordance with the residual capacities of the electric storage devices in the transport vehicles and positions of the transport vehicles, selecting and specifying a charging coupler for the selected vehicle, and controlling so that the selected transport vehicle stops and charges at the specified charging coupler.

    摘要: A beam for a railway track guided vehicle system configured to be supported at spatial intervals on piers includes an upper flange disposed along a longitudinal length of the beam. The upper flange has opposite laterally outward portions configured for receipt of functional elements for guidance of a track vehicle. Opposite side webs extend downwardly from the upper flange along the longitudinal length of the support. A lower flange is disposed at ends of the webs opposite from the upper flange and is disposed longitudinally along the length of the support. The beam includes a uniform cross-sectional shape along a longitudinal length thereof so as to generate favorable air flow conditions for the track guided vehicle. The lower flange has a lateral dimension so as to essentially cover an underlying pier. In this way, the pier does not cause air flow disturbances to the track guided vehicle.

    摘要: A module for a linear motor propulsion guideway contains a combination of linear motor propulsion, vehicle guidance, position sensing, communication, and vehicle or pallet running surface subcomponents. These are integrated during the manufacturing into a single component or module for ease of shipping and precision of installation at a site where the guideway is to be installed. A single manufacturing operation is used to position, affix, and encapsulate the selected subcomponent(s) in a module or modules. For example, the component(s) can be designed to be located in a plastic injection mold, typically, a reaction injection mold (RIM), which allows the subcomponent(s) to be positioned, aligned, and encapsulated in a single manufacturing step that has only a several minute cycle time. In this manner positional accuracy among the relationship of the subcomponent(s) can be maintained within a small tolerance (on the order of 0.25 mm) while costs remain very low.
