摘要: A planar drive device having a first platform and having a second platform, which platforms are movable in an X-Y plane on a work bench, wherein the first platform has a frame, a transmission and a working platform for the arrangement of a work tool, wherein the transmission permits an adjustment of the distance of the working platform with respect to the X-Y plane, wherein the second platform has a frame and a drive member which is coupled in terms of movement at least indirectly to the working platform such that the distance of the working platform from the X-Y plane is adjustable by changing a distance between the two platforms within the X-Y plane. The work tool can be transferred into at least two different working states by relative movement of the platforms in the X-Y plane.

摘要: A rotary-linear actuation assembly is provided, in particular of a kind suitable to provide in independent manner at its output, either sequentially or simultaneously, a rotary movement and a linear translation movement. The assembly comprises a casing internally housing an output shaft arranged coaxial with an actuation axis (A) in a translationally and rotationally movable manner; and at least two electromagnetic actuators each comprising a respective electromagnetic stator and a respective magnetic rotor, a first of which being a linear actuator adapted to impart, at its output, a translational movement along the actuation axis (A), and a second of which being a rotary actuator adapted to impart, at its output, a rotary movement around the actuation axis (A). The electromagnetic stators of the electromagnetic actuators are arranged in a mutually coaxial and concentric manner, and each actuator independently acts on the output shaft.

摘要: An invention relates to synchronous electric motors, in particular, to a method of controlling a synchronous electric motor with permanent magnets, utilized as a linear drive for an electric submersible pump unit. A technical result achieved from a method embodiment consists in increasing an accuracy of a torque control of the electric motor and improving an energy efficiency of the electric motor, as well as in achieving an increase in an operation speed of control systems by minimizing settings and eliminating complex calculations of motor parameters. An essence of the claimed method consists in an implementation of an algorithm of the control system of the synchronous electric motor with permanent magnets, utilized, in particular, as a linear drive for an electric submersible pump unit.

摘要: Provided is a linear motor motion stage having a passive reaction force compensation function. The linear motor motion stage includes: a base; a magnet track moving on the base; a mover which is moved on a surface of the magnet track by an electromagnetic force generated in a gap with the magnet track; first and second horizontal springs arranged between one side and the other side, respectively, of the magnet track and the base and configured to attenuate a reaction force applied to the base by movement of the mover; and a cross spring arranged between a lower side of the magnet track and the base and configured to attenuate the reaction force. Herein, the linear motor motion stage controls reaction force compensation applied to the linear motor motion stage by controlling the stiffness of the cross spring.

A voltage amplitude of first AC voltages is controlled based on a relative angle between a moving direction of a moving body, which is indicated by a driving command for moving the moving body, and a driving direction of a first vibrator, and a voltage amplitude of second AC voltages is controlled based on a relative angle between the moving direction and a driving direction of a second vibrator. Each of the first vibrator and the second vibrator is controlled based on a deviation between the driving command and a detected position of the moving body while the first AC voltages and the second AC voltages are being controlled. The driving direction of the first vibrator and the driving direction of the second vibrator cross each other.
