In an inlet section of the corrugator, the molding jaws are brought together to form molding jaw pairs towards the start of the molding section, and in an outlet section of the corrugator, the molding jaw pairs are moved apart from each other from the end of the molding section. The guiding apparatus has a guide and/or temperature-control element apparatus having a temperature-control medium channel apparatus through which temperature-control medium can flow, and a guide and/or temperature-control surface apparatus, which faces the outer side of the molding jaws passing through, transferring heat.

摘要： A two stage mold block transfer station is used the exit of a moving mold tunnel to quickly move mold blocks to a clear position relative to the molded product. Once in the clear position the mold block is rotated and provided to a return drive moving the mold block back to the inlet of the moving mold tunnel. By moving the last mold block of the moving mold tunnel primarily away from the longitudinal axis of the mold tunnel less mold blocks are required. Various arrangements for moving of the mold blocks can be used achieve this advantage.

摘要： The invention is directed to novel wheels useful for various products including strollers, vehicles for children, carts, luggage trollies and bags, tricycles, bicycles and toys, and methods of production. The novel wheel comprising a flexible annular segment manufactured by a blow molding process, said segment having at least one layer made of a thermoplastic elastomer; and a wheel hub configured to support the flexible annular segment from each of its sides and to create a cylinder for insertion of an axle therethrough so as to allow connection of the wheel to other components of a product. In one alternative implementation of the invention, the flexible annular segment manufactured is manufactured by extrusion molding process. The invention is further directed to methods for manufacturing the novel wheel.

摘要： A flexible, stretchable, crush resistant hose particularly well suited for supplying breathing gases to patients in medical applications and the like has a helix defined by reinforcing coils of thermoplastic material, and a web of thermoplastic material bonded or welded to adjacent ones of the coils, preferably near outer diameter portions of the coils. The web extends radially inwardly between the adjacent pairs of the reinforcing coils to define a helical reverse-direction crease that can be located closer to or farther from a centerline of the hose than is the inner diameter of the reinforcing coils. The thermoplastic material of the hose is stress relieved by an annealing process performed during axial compression of the hose at a time after the hose has been formed.

摘要： A novel locking pipe joint for use in fluid-carrying pipe systems is described. The locking pipe joint of the present invention provides a system of joints that will withstand the stresses and forces imposed on a pipe system carrying fluids. The joint is constructed on a push-fit principle. Sealing rings are used to make the joint leak-proof. Splines are provided to sustain the longitudinal forces imposed on the joint, and longitudinal ribs are provided on the outer surface of the joined pipes to withstand the torsional loads. The joint is simple in its construction, easy to assemble in field and cost effective.
