The device (100) for moulding a plastic component (15) from a plastic comprising a dissolved gas comprises:—a fixed block (1) comprising a first half-cavity (2) and a mobile block (3) comprising a second half-cavity (4), the fixed block (1) and the mobile block (3) joining along a joining plane (5) and the first and second cavities (2, 4) delimiting a moulding cavity (6) designed to receive the plastic, having a first volume (7) and having a main direction of demoulding (8),—means (28) of separating the mobile block (3) from the fixed block (1), allowing the moulding cavity (6) to be changed from the first volume (7) to a second volume (9);—at least one mobile insert (11) placed in the fixed block (1) bearing at least one mobile element (16′, 25), thrusting means (24) urging the mobile insert (11) toward the mobile block (3), the thrusting means being configured so that the mobile insert (11) accompanies the separation of the mobile block (3) between the first (volume (7) and the second volume (9), keeping the separation between the second half-cavity (4) formed in the mobile block (3) and the mobile element or elements (16′, 25) borne by the mobile insert (11) constant,—means of moving the mobile element or elements (16′, 25) in a secondary direction not parallel to the main direction of demoulding during complete opening.

    摘要: A method of plastic moulding to form a moulded or extruded article, the method employing a moulding apparatus comprising a barrel containing a screw extending between a feed zone supplied by a feed hopper for plastics material, a compression zone and a metering zone for delivery of molten plastics material to a mould or extrusion die, the method comprising introducing into the feed zone a first plastics material (20) and a single body of a second plastics material (22), the first plastics material (20) having a different physical property to the second plastics material and the second plastics material (22) being introduced into the feed zone in a size and a frequency of delivery relative to the flow of the material through the barrel such that the second plastics material (22) is substantially melted and blended with the first plastics material to form a third plastics material with a different physical property to the first or second plastics material across the whole cross sectional area of the metering zone, the molten plastics material delivered to the mould or extrusion die in a predetermined sequence with each plastics material having different physical properties.

The high-density packed bed (1) is removed for exposing the surface of the homogeneous dispersion layer (2). According to this structure, the yield of the elastic cylindrical body can be improved.

    摘要: A golf club includes a straight shaft and a metallic member having a first end connected to the lower end of the shaft. The other end of the metallic member is bent to define an obtuse angle with the first end. In a preferred form, a flat metallic stiffener plate is welded or otherwise affixed to one side of the metallic member. These portions are placed in a suitable mold into which polyurethane is admitted, and heat is differentially applied to or removed from the various surfaces of the mold in order that the polyurethane solidifies to form a substantially flat striking layer of dense integral-skin polyurethane juxtaposed against the stiffener plate remote from the metallic member, and a back cushion enclosing the stiffener plate and all of the metallic member. The back cushion is thicker than the striking layer, and is of polyurethane less dense than that of the striking layer. Preferably, the stiffener plate has marginal portions extending beyond the metallic member, and these marginal portions have apertures through which the polyurethane of the striking layer can integrally bond with the polyurethane of the back cushion.
