    摘要： The present invention relates to a food vessel packing apparatus having a vacuum packing function, and more particularly, to a food vessel packing apparatus having a vacuum packing function, which that thermally bonds a film to a top of a food vessel in a vacuum state to seal the food vessel. The food vessel packing apparatus having a vacuum packing function of the present invention, which thermally bonds a film to a top of a food vessel to seal the food vessel, includes: a base configured to include an accommodating groove in which the food vessel is accommodated, the accommodating groove being formed at a top of the base; a cover configured to cover the top of the base; a first heater mounted on a bottom of the cover, and configured to thermally bond a film, disposed at a top of the food vessel, to a top border of the food vessel; a gasket provided in a closed-curve shape along a circumference of the first heater, outside the first heater, and mounted on a bottom of the cover or the top of the base; and a vacuum pump disposed inside the gasket that includes a sucking port formed in a closed-curve shape, wherein, the vacuum pump emits internal air of the food vessel to an outside through a space between the film and the top of the food vessel, and the internal air of the food vessel is emitted to the outside, and then the first heater thermally bonds the film to the food vessel.

    摘要： A heat-sealing apparatus comprising a pair of opposed hot plates and a pair of hot plate-mounting blocks to which said hot plates are mounted, respectively. The hot plates respectively have pressing surfaces adapted to be pressed against each other with superimposed film sheets held therebetween during sealing; and mounting surfaces formed at opposite sides to said pressing surfaces. The hot plate-mounting blocks respectively have support surfaces. The hot plates are mounted to said hot plate-mounting blocks in such a manner that the mounting surfaces are pressed against the support surfaces, and that the hot plates can thermally expand and contract in a sealing direction without being restrained by said hot plate-mounting blocks. In another aspect of the invention, the mounting surfaces are formed on respective surfaces extending substantially perpendicular to the pressing surfaces and the hot plates are mounted on respective support surfaces formed on the hot plate-mounting blocks.

    摘要： A heat sealing jaw assembly for effecting a heat seal of at least two juxtaposed heat sealable sheet materials is described. Preferably, but not exclusively, the heat sealing jaw assembly is adapted for use in a form, fill and seal machine forming thermoplastic bags. The heat sealing jaw assembly comprises a first and a second metal jaw member, each having a heating element for heating the jaw members. Each of the jaw members has an end face disposed in facial alignment with one another. A ribbon member is secured to each of the end faces and disposed in planar alignment with one another. The ribbon member is made of soft material having rubber-like properties and capable of conducting heat from the sealing jaw to a fusing temperature to melt the heat sealable sheet materials. The first and second jaw members are reciprocatable towards and away from one another to press the aligned heated ribbon members against opposed sides of at least two juxtaposed heat sealable sheet materials disposed between the jaw members to effect a heat seal.

A pair of rotary arms supporting these seal jaws is moved towards and away from each other such that the seal jaws move in straight trajectories along the path of the film and is so controlled that the compressive force between the seal jaws can be maintained at a specified level according to the thickness and material property of the film.
