    摘要: An injection molding machine includes: a fixed side member; and a movable side member fixed to the fixed side member, the movable side member being driven by a motor in order to perform injection molding of a molded product. The injection molding machine further includes a power feeding apparatus, one or more motors, and at least one servo amplifier. The power feeding apparatus converts a three-phase AC voltage into a DC voltage. The one or more of the motors are provided in the movable side member and drive the movable side member. The at least one servo amplifier is provided in the movable side member and drives one of the one or more of the motors by the DC voltage being supplied thereto through a DC power supply line.

    摘要: A plastics injection-molding machine is to be equipped with a more compact drive that undergoes less wear. For this purpose, it is envisaged to integrate the direct rotational drive into the direct linear drive. Accordingly, the electric linear motor has a pot-shaped external rotor (13), in the inner space of which the main part of a hollow-cylindrical stator (16) of the linear motor is arranged and which is firmly connected to the output shaft (10). The rotary drive has a stator (18), which is mounted on the inner wall of the hollow-cylindrical stator (16) of the linear motor, and a rotor, which is firmly coupled to the output shaft (10) within the stator (18) of the rotary electric motor. This direct drive produces a very compact type of construction and it is possible to dispense with easily wearing threaded spindles.

    摘要: An object is to provide a drive apparatus for an injection molding machine which can generate a large thrust force and can provide short-cycled continuous drive. The drive apparatus includes a housing (11); a tubular linear motor (14) including a movable element (12) disposed within the housing (11) in a manner capable of advancing and retreating, and a stationary element (13) attached to the housing (11), the linear motor (14) serving as a first drive section; a member-to-be-driven (15) caused to advance and retreat together with the movable element (12); and a second drive section attached to the housing (11) and disposed such that at least a portion of the second drive section overlaps the linear motor (14) along the axial direction. By merely a slight increase in a radial dimension, the area of a permanent magnet (23) of the movable element (12) can be sufficiently increased, and the capacity of the linear motor (14) can be increased.

    摘要: Disk removing device uses its disk pickup arm to remove or take out, from an injection mold unit, a disk having been molded by the mold unit. The disk removing device includes a rotary motor for rotating the disk pickup arm, and an arm support shaft which has the disk pickup arm at its distal end portion and which is rotated, together with the arm, by the rotary motor. The arm support shaft is coupled at its other end to a linear shaft of a linear motor so that the rotary and linear motors are coupled with each other in series via the arm support shaft. The disk removing device also includes a bearing member rotatable by the rotary motor, and the arm support shaft is supported by the bearing member for rotation and axial sliding movement relative to the bearing member. Such arrangements can effectively reduce the necessary number of component parts and overall size of the disk removing device, and thus the disk removing device can be installed snugly in a small space.
