摘要: A mold, process of using the mold to form a block, and the resultant block are disclosed. The block may of course be connected to other blocks to form stuctures such as walls. The blocks and structures may have curved features for simulating a log structure. The mold and process utilize cemititious material for forming a the block, which has a pair of block members, one of which has a curved outer face. The block members are separated by a central insulation space and connected by rods extending from each block member across the central insulation space. The mold has a body including a pair of block forming cavities. Each cavity has a material ingress-egress opening adapted to receive a block forming composition and to output a block. The block forming cavities are separated a predetermined distance by a space forming central cavity. The mold also has a block ejector movably connected to the body. The ejector has a plate member associated with each cavity, and a handle. The blocks disclosed include pair of block members, one of which has a curved outer face. The block members are separated by a central insulation space and connected by at least one block connector extending from each block member across the central insulation space.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for the production of concrete blocks or concrete slabs of varying formats and sizes, whereby concrete is filled into molds for several blocks or slabs, the surface layer of which or the facing concrete layer of which has a base color and the surfaces, which have regions of difference colors, is puddled by means of vibration and/or compacting and subsequently hardened, whereby, before puddling, at least one portion of a pigmented and/or variously-pigmented and/or a color- and/or various color-containing finishing material is projected or thrown by means of at least one application device.

摘要: A method for casting monitored pilings and a pour diverter used in connection with the method is provided. The method includes positioning a plurality of pile strands in a form, and then connecting a suspension assembly having at least one sensor to at least one of the pile strands so that the at least one sensor is located in a piling core area. A pour diverter, having a generally V-shaped configuration, is positioned over the suspension assembly. Concrete is poured into the form over the pour diverter so that a flow of the concrete into the form is split and flows down on either side of the suspension assembly until the at least one sensor is covered. The pour diverter is then removed to finish the casting. Preferably, provisions are provided on the pour diverter for holding or covering an antenna assembly during the pour, prior to it being placed into the concrete forming the piling.

摘要: A filling device, enabling simultaneous filling with at least two granular materials, without mixing them, includes an inner hopper supplying a first type of material and an outer hopper supplying a second type of material, and a dispenser arranged downstream from the hoppers. The dispenser includes a central passageway arranged directly opposite the inner hopper, and a deflecting mechanism towards the exterior of the dispenser arranged directly opposite the outer hopper. The deflecting mechanism at least partially borders the central passageway. The dispenser is capable of rotating about a longitudinal axis, the direction of which is the mean direction of flow, in which the dispenser includes a central shaft including an upper end opposite the inner hopper forming a deflecting surface for the first type of material coming from the inner hopper.

摘要: A method of manufacturing construction products which involves feeding dry or substantially dry constituents including a liquid-setting powder and a reinforcement therefor into a molding zone. At least a part of the mold is vibrated to effect compacting of the constituents in the molding zone to such a degree that the constituents will stand and be self-sustaining upon removal of an upstanding portion of the mold. At least a portion of the mold is removed from contact from the compacted constituents, thereby exposing at least one upstanding surface of of the compacted constituents. A quantity of setting liquid is applied to substantially the full extent of the surface. The quantity of setting liquid is sufficient to wet all of the compacted constituents in the molding zone so as to initiate a chemical setting reaction but not sufficient to completely saturate the compacted constituents and to cause the associated effect of structural collapse of the compacted constituents in the region of the exposed surface.
