摘要: Provided is a chiller and system that may be utilized in a supercritical fluid chromatography method, wherein a non-polar solvent may replace a portion or all of a polar solvent for the purpose of separating or extracting desired sample molecules from a combined sample/solvent stream. The system may reduce the amount of polar solvent necessary for chromatographic separation and/or extraction of desired samples. The system may incorporate a supercritical fluid chiller, a supercritical fluid pressure-equalizing vessel and a supercritical fluid cyclonic separator. The supercritical fluid chiller allows for efficient and consistent pumping of liquid-phase gases employing off-the-shelf HPLC pumps. The pressure equalizing vessel allows the use of off-the-shelf HPLC column cartridges. The system may further incorporate the use of one or more disposable cartridges containing silica gel or other suitable medium. The system may also utilize an open loop cooling circuit using fluids with a positive Joule-Thomson coefficient.

摘要: An oily sewage pretreatment method without air flotation, comprising the following steps: (a) sedimentation separation: performing sedimentation separation on oily sewage to implement preliminary separation of oil, sludge, and water; (b) boiling bed separation: performing boiling bed separation on the oily sewage obtained by the preliminary separation to further remove dispersed oil, sludge, and sand from the oily sewage; (c) shape coalescence separation: performing shape coalescence separation on the oily sewage obtained by the boiling bed separation in step (b) to implement demulsification, coalescence, and separation of emulsified oil; and (d) biochemical treatment: the effluent obtained in step (c) directly enters an AOH biochemical system, an air flotation unit is omitted. Also disclosed is an oily sewage pretreatment apparatus without air flotation.

摘要: A separator provides mechanical separation of suspended particles or debris within a fluid. The separator includes a cylindrical body having an inlet pipe for directing the fluid generally tangentially into the cylindrical body, causing the fluid to spin around the inside diameter of the cylindrical body. An outlet pipe, having an outer diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the cylindrical body, can extend from a top end of the cylindrical body into the cylindrical body. Directional blades can be disposed on an outer surface of the outlet pipe, with a gap between the directional blades and the inside surface of the cylindrical body. A baffle dome disposed an a lower end of the cylindrical body slows down the fluid flow, causing the particles and debris to remain below the baffle and settle. The fluid then exits out the outlet pipe as a cleaned fluid.

The dust cup assembly (100) includes: a cup casing (1); a device housing (2) configured as a tube shape and disposed in the cup casing (1), wherein an outer end face of the device housing (2) at an axial side thereof abuts against or extends beyond a partial inner surface of the cup casing (1), and a dust removal chamber (A1) is defined between an inner surface of the cup casing (1) and an outer peripheral surface of the device housing (2) and surrounds the device housing (2) along a circumferential direction of the device housing (2); and a negative pressure device (3) located within the device housing (2) and enabling dusty air to enter the dust removal chamber (A1) for dust and air separation.

摘要: The dust collector, that may be used in vacuum cleaner, includes: a primary cyclone unit separating dust from air introduced from outside the dust collector; and a secondary cyclone unit defining axial cyclone bodies separating fine dust from air introduced in an axial direction. The secondary cyclone unit includes casings having outer walls around hollow portions; and a fine dust separating member disposed on the casings to form the axial cyclones. The fine dust separating member includes vortex finders disposed in the casings; band portions enclosing an outer circumferential surface of the vortex finders at a position spaced from the vortex finders, and having a shape corresponding to the casings so as to form the axial cyclones together with the casings; and guide vanes disposed between the vortex finders and the band portions and extending in a spiral direction to induce a rotational flow of air.
