摘要: A process for injecting an immiscible liquid stream comprising a co-catalyst for a hydrocarbon conversion into a larger liquid stream that is an ionic liquid catalyst for the hydrocarbon conversion, comprising: a. feeding the immiscible liquid stream towards one or more injection quills in an additive delivery system comprising a transfer drum; b. transferring the immiscible liquid stream from the additive delivery system to the one or more injection quills in a solvent flushing system, fluidly connected downstream from the additive delivery system, wherein the solvent flushing system injects a solvent into one or more additive addition lines in the solvent flushing system; and c. continuously injecting the immiscible liquid stream into the larger liquid stream in an additive injection and mixing system comprising the one or more injection quills.

摘要: A system and method for pumping fluid using a set of interconnected pump cassettes is disclosed. Each of the pump cassettes can receive a first solution in a first pumping chamber and each of the pump cassettes can receive separate second solutions in respective second pumping chambers, so that the first solution can be mixed with the separate second solutions, each said mixture capable of being placed in separate containers. The system includes a control assembly for operating each pump cassette, each pump cassette having a flexible membrane to pump fluid into and out of the pumping chambers, and each pump cassette configured for mating with a base unit that provides positive or negative pneumatic pressure to the flexible membrane.

摘要: A system and method for injecting slurry includes first and second elongated tanks. Tanks include pipes extending therefrom. Slurry valves and clear fluid valves are fluidically are coupled the first and second elongated tanks. Slurry valves have a first state communicating high pressure slurry from a second volume of the first tank to the injection site and communicating low pressure slurry to a fourth volume of the second tank, and a second state communicating low pressure slurry to the second volume and high pressure slurry from the fourth volume to the injection site. The clear fluid valves communicate pressurized clear fluid to the first volume of the first tank and communicate low pressure clear fluid from the third volume of the second tank in a first state and communicating low pressure clear fluid to the first volume and pressurized clear fluid to the third volume in a second state.

摘要: A liquid dispensing system for treating a substrate is provided and includes a flow controller, pressure regulator, mixing node, liquid mixer, temperature sensor, N dispensers, and system controller. The flow controller receives and controls a flow rate of a first liquid. The pressure regulator receives and controls a pressure of a second liquid. The mixing node mixes the first and second liquid output by the flow controller and pressure regulator to provide a first mixture. The liquid mixer mixes the first mixture and a third liquid to provide a second mixture. The temperature sensor measures a temperature of the second mixture. The N dispensers dispense the second mixture at the substrate. The system controller controls the measured temperature to be between the first and second temperatures by adjusting the flow rate based on the measured temperature and independent of a measurement of a flow rate of the second liquid.

摘要: A pressure washer includes a pump for pressurizing a primary fluid flow, the pump including a pump inlet for receiving fluid from a common fluid source and a pump outlet for supplying a pressurized primary fluid and a jet pump including a primary fluid inlet fluidly coupled to the pump outlet, a secondary fluid inlet configured to receive fluid from the common fluid source, and a fluid outlet. In a high pressure operating mode, all of the pressurized primary fluid flows through the jet pump and exits through the fluid outlet of the jet pump. In a high flow operating mode, all the pressurized primary fluid flows through the jet pump and entrains a secondary fluid supplied through the secondary fluid inlet from the common fluid source so that the secondary fluid also flows through the jet pump, resulting in a combined fluid flow of the primary fluid and the secondary fluid that exits through the fluid outlet of the jet pump.

摘要: The mixing system for ready-to-use flush solutions is characterized by an RO system, a mixing unit that is connected to the RO system and that contains a mixing chamber, to which high-purity water can be fed from the RO system and flush solution concentrate can be fed from a concentrate source, and a flush solution link connector, wherein the RO system and the mixing unit form a filling station, a mobile flush solution container that contains a pressurized container that receives a flush solution bag that can be coupled to the flush solution link connector of the mixing unit, and a computer and control mechanism for all measurement and monitoring tasks during the local production of a flush solution, wherein the mobile flush solution container and the filling station are provided with sensors by means of which wireless communication is made possible between the mobile flush solution container and the filling station.

摘要: When a first electromagnetic valve of a first stirring tank is turned ON and a second electromagnetic valve of a second stirring tank is turned OFF, the air pressure inside the first stirring tank increases and the liquid in the first stirring tank is sent into the second stirring tank via piping. When the volume of the liquid inside the second stirring tank reaches an upper limit, the first electromagnetic valve of the first stirring tank is turned OFF and the second electromagnetic valve of the second stirring tank is turned ON. As a result, the liquid inside the second stirring tank is now sent into the first stirring tank via the piping. Ultimately, because the liquid is circulated between the first and second stirring tanks and the liquid is flowing at all times due to the repetition of said actions, separation does not occur.
