摘要: A rowing machine, which is provided with water injection pipe vertically penetrates on the supporting part between two inner covers, the end of the water injection pipe near water tank is provided with the water distribution pipe extending to both sides, the two water distribution pipes are connected to the two inner covers to respectively connect the two water storage chambers. The water flows sequentially through the water injection pipe and the water distribution pipes on both sides, and finally evenly distributes to the storage chambers of the two water tanks.

摘要: A system and method for improving completion of an exercise is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method of a control system to improve compliance with an exercise plan for an exercise machine includes receiving one or more load measurements from one or more load cells of the exercise machine. The method also includes comparing the one or more load measurements to one or more target thresholds, and determining whether the one or more load measurements exceed the one or more target thresholds. Responsive to determining that the one or more load measurements exceed the one or more target thresholds, the method also includes causing a user interface to present an indication that the one or more target thresholds have been exceeded and an exercise is complete, wherein the exercise is included in the exercise plan.

摘要: An intelligent fitness set and anti-cheating method thereof is disclosed. The intelligent fitness set includes a support, a base, a plurality of handheld fitness equipments and two handles, wherein a processor, a movement posture sensor and a touch sensor are provided in each handle, and the movement posture sensor and the touch sensor are connected respectively with the processor. One end of each handle is closed, while a bayonet is provided in the other end of the handle and the switchable hot-pluggable bayonet is configured to connect respectively to the plurality of handheld fitness equipments. In the present disclosure, one set of action training of a plurality of handheld fitness equipments is performed through the same set of handles, so that a user can complete movement of one time only by strictly complying with active standards during movement.

摘要: An electricity generating system using fitness equipment, wherein the fitness equipment can be used to produce electricity with a generator. The electricity produced can be transferred from the generator to a splitter. A controller can be used to receive identifications and decisions on transfer of the produced electricity from a fitness center. The controller can be used to track in real time electricity produced as watts or as amperage associated with a user identification, a fitness class identification, or an administrator identification input less than 10 minutes before the electricity is produced or at a preset time, which can then transfer in real time energy credits equivalent to electricity produced or transfer produced electricity to a destination designed in the a user decision, a fitness class decision, or an administrator decision.

摘要: A biofeedback belt system which serves as an alert belt with the ability to decrease stomach size as well as decrease the arch of a user-wearers lower back. The invention is designed for patients who have hyper lordosis conditions. The mechanism of the belt is based on biofeedback. When a user-wearer relaxes their abdominal region, the belt produces vibration or sound and the user-wearer must tighten their abdominal region to discontinue the vibration or noise. Biofeedback belt system can also work in a manner such that when the user-wearer tightens their abdominal region, the belt plays music or favorable vibration separately or together as encouragement. Over a period of time of tightening of the abdominal region on a regular basis, the abdominal region size decreases and abdomen strengthens.
