In some embodiments, an apparatus includes a bag that can rest near or on the glutes, stabilized by a front harness that activates, strengthens, or stabilizes the abdominal muscles. The apparatus includes straps that wrap around the hips and connect the front harness to the bag. For example, two pairs of straps can connect the bag to the harness, and one pair can wrap at the top or just above the hips and the other pair can wrap at the bottom or just below the hips.

    摘要: A core training apparatus for the golf swing. A semicircular member is coupled with a support member, and a resistance member is connected to one of the coupling points. The resistance member is secured to a fixed point, and the user rotates the apparatus back and forth with the user standing at the center rotational axis of the semicircular member, with the resistance member being guided along the semicircular member. The back-and-forth rotation acts to increase and decrease tension on the resistance member thereby exercising the core of the user.

    摘要: An exercise device has a pair of handles with a resistance assembly connected therebetween. Each handle has an internal annular channel with a stop wall. Each channel receives a grip body and a grip spring that serially abut one another, with the grip spring disposed between the grip body and the stop wall. In use, a user rotates each handle to compress the grip springs and applies tension by bending the resistance assembly. As a result, exercise of the six primary muscle groups responsible for postural stability muscles is provided to the user. Each of the handles are also easily removable from the resistance assembly by way of spring loaded plungers, which allows for different resistance assemblies of different spring force or resistance. The handles are further connected in a nonaligned manner relative to the resistance assembly, which contributes to maximizing the exercising benefits received from the exercise device.

    摘要: A device for exercising the gluteal muscles. The device is simple, small, portable, and lightweight, comprised of a half roll with a handle in each end. The user, facing down on top of the device at the level of the hip bones, must keep the legs high in a cantilever position which will exercise the gluteal muscles. To keep the legs in cantilever, the hamstrings muscles, lower back muscles, arm muscles, and core muscles are also exercised; the latter muscles are especially exercised if the upper body does not rest on a surface and is used for balance.
