摘要： The present invention provides a method of treating an ocular condition in an eye of a patient, comprising the step of placing a biodegradable intraocular implant in an eye of the patient, the implant comprising a prostamide and a biodegradable polymer matrix that releases drug at a rate effective to sustain release of an amount of the prostamide from the implant to provide an amount of the prostamide effective to prevent or reduce a symptom of an ocular condition of the eye, wherein said ocular condition is elevated IOP and said implant is placed in an intracameral location to dilate the outflow channels of the eye emanating from Schlemm's Canal.

摘要： A dry powder inhalation treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension includes a dose of dry particles comprising greater than 25 micrograms of treprostinil enclosed in a capsule. The dry particles can include treprostinil, a wetting agent, a hydrophobicity modifying agent, a pH modifying agent and a buffer. A method of treating a patient having pulmonary arterial hypertension includes providing a patient a dry powder inhaler, providing the patient at least one capsule for use in the dry powder inhaler, the capsule including at least 25 micrograms of treprostinil.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a topical treatment regimen including a prostaglandin F2α analog and a topical steroid for treating skin conditions, including skin pigmentation disorders associated with hypopigmentation such as vitiligo and nonfacial vitiligo. Examples of prostaglandin F2α analogs include bimatoprost, carboprost, dinoprost, fluprostenol, latanoprost, prostamide F2α, tafluprost, travoprost, and unoprostone, with bimatoprost being preferred. Examples of topical steroids include aclometasone, betamethasone, clobetasol, clobetasone, diflucortolone, fluocinolone, fluprednidene, flurandrenolide, fluticasone, halometasone, hydrocortisone, methylprednisolone, mometasone, prednicarbate, and triamcinolone, with mometasone being preferred. The topical treatment regimen includes one or more topical compositions, with the prostaglandin F2α analog and the topical steroid being contained either in separate topical compositions or in the same topical composition.
